Yes, they are expensive, but they're doing something right. I tried my first ever acai bowl here shortly after they opened. Yes, I was a little shocked by the cost, but the quality is most definitely there. I loved it so much I tried acai bowls at a couple different places and have to conclude that theirs is superior. They use freshly blended acai as opposed to acai sorbet other places use, so it's not overly sugary and sweet. I like to order my bowl and customize it ahead of time on their app. I live a block away and they always have it ready by the time I arrive.Staff is hard working and friendly. A very welcome addition to the neighborhood.

This place was very cute. I liked all the options for food choices. The bowls were good size but I feel there was more granola/fruit than the actual açaí. I would come back! The lady serving me was very nice.

Bowls taste really good and presentation is nice but yeh $20 is too much for a medium size. Maybe they're making the prices high cause they don't get a lot of service.

I tried this chain in Puerto Rico for the first time and I loved it, it was the perfect meal for the heat and specially for the beach and I was so happy to find out that we have one here in Orlando. This is my favorite açaí of all the Açaí places i've tried here in Florida. I love the freshness, the quality of each ingredient and their different combinations. I would give it 5 stars but I do feel like their customer service could be a little better.

I've had açaí bowls other places but haven't had a "real" açaí bowl. The staff here let me taste test real açaí pulp to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Quick service and was delicious

Place is clean but customer service is terrible. Came here the first time and spend over $40 which is actually extremely expensive for 2 bowls but I didn't stress it, at least the bowls were full. My second time coming would be now and they basically gave me 1 scoop of mango. When I went inside to inquire about it they literally pulled out bowls and wanted me to deconstruct my bowl to somehow count how many scoops they gave. They even took it as far as putting 1 scoop into a bowl and saying "this is what 1 scoop looks like" THEN they took that scoop and put it back into the freezer, VERY unsanitary thing to do and really just rude. You can see in the photo that they barely gave me any mango. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here, for the money spent, service should be 100 times better and portions like this are unacceptable. I spent $26 today (due to me having a $5 discount) and I got shit. It's mainly fruit and granola. Go to the other 2 açaí places in nearby or to planet smoothie at least you'll receive a full bowl, and better more sanitary customer service. I really should be getting my money back for these bowls. Also please note that her first response to me was "the girl who made your bowls left already, I'm not the one that made them" ... not sure what that had to do with anything.

This place was exceptional and clean and lastly delicious. The owner was so friendly and accommodating. Absolute must try

I will NEVER AGAIN give this place ANY business and would advise NOT to order from door dash if you want your order done right POSSIBLY. Carla or Clara , whatever her name is , the manager or owner as she claimed she was both, was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I placed a door dash order and paid almost 20$ to receive just a medium coconut "Coco Love" with just strawberries on top and coconut flakes. The app did not list "included ingredients" only a list of what you didn't want in it. I expected all else to be in it since the list was so detailed. After calling to let them know the issue Carla or Clara made it seem like it "wasn't her fault" but the franchises, and now she would have to "pay out of her pocket" if she had to issue me a free smaller size for the mistake. Sorry, but for the amount you pay I'm sure it's not breaking the bank for a small. I would lose out on more money having to drive there for THEIR mistake on top of what I already paid and wasn't refunded. Nothing worse than being hungry, getting the wrong order and on top of that having to deal with unprofessional business owners who hang up the phone on paying customers who fairly want to clarify issues with their orders. I was polite with a concern until she carried on with her rudeness and then hung up the phone on me. The ONLY reason she even offered a small after addressing the issue was because I told her i would leave a review to let people know what to expect since she didn't care to resolve the issue in any way and just blamed the franchise for how things are on door dash. Basically, if your order is wrong because of the lack of information on the app , "oh well, not their problem." This was my second attempt at ordering from them. The 1st time they didn't even have the main puree I had selected. After dealing with this type of service, NEVER AGAIN. People like her SHOULD NOT be in their position, definitely more harm to their business than good. If I could have left zero stars I would have.

The bowls were delicious! The employee even let us try the pure Acai before we ordered to make sure we liked it since it had no added sweetener. Their website says they open at 9, but they actually open at 10 am. The bowls are pretty expensive, but I guess that's the nature of the Acai bowl. The restaurant was clean and quiet, as we were the only ones there when they opened.

This place has the best ACAI bowls. My favorite ones are the Valentines bowl and the Coco Love is awesome . They have a wide variety of ACAI bowls, smoothies and cleansing juices to choose from. They also have homemade ice cream and milkshakes. The staff is always very friendly. I love this place .
