I placed an order for 2 fries on their self-service device and it took over 15 minutes to get it because there was only one employee and he was in the back the whole time. At least go to the front occasionally to check. $15 for fries is crazy too. There's a privately owned restaurant a few shops down that make better fries for half the price.

I'm typically a fan of A&W but today changed that for ever, and especially at the Old Town Kissimmee location. We ordered and I was shocked that one meal with a drink was $20?!?!?. Really? Insane. After placing my order the staff seemed overwhelmed but the restaurant was absolutely empty. They told me to wait for the chicken tenders which would take about 10-15 minutes (no problem because then they'll be fresh), however?? When I got my hot chicken the fries were cold, and tasted stale. The fresh chicken tenders tasted horrible, and were so salty I could only eat three tenders and then I gave up. NEVER AGAIN!! I will never return and I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone.

Expensive, small portions, average tasting burgers and fries. Definitely not worth the price to me. I paid $8 for a small cheeseburger with chili and my boyfriend paid $17 for a meal with a bacon burger, fries and a soda. Restaurant solicits for tips but after we ordered we had to stand at the counter waiting for our food and we had to clear the table after we ate.

waited for my food for about 20 minutes. for two simple burgers and a drink was around 45$. which is crazy because when I got the food it was cold and the bacon was stale. will never be coming back her ever again and will be talking tit he manager about this. the people here seemed very rushed and not very attentive.

We paid for a root beer float upgrade to our food. We never got it and they claimed we didn't order it. But our combo meal on our receipt was more expensive than the combo meal advertised and they couldn't explain it. I had to buy another root beer float to get it.
