7593 Chophouse

Bethany our server was amazing! The steak tartar was amazing and I recommend it with the gluten free bread. The French onion soup was good but too salty. So ask for it with less salt and you will be happy. I lived the wedge salad but I'll get the dressing on the side next time. Mash potatoes were yummy and 2 people can split them. My friend had the lobster Mac and cheese. And the crab cakes which I didn't try Ambiance is very nice. And the managers are excellent.

A quiet, lovely place with friendly service and excellent food. Hubby and I started with the classic French onion soup. He had the lobster macaroni and cheese, and we shared my steak, baked potato, and asparagus. The filet mignon was a perfect medium rare, and the asparagus was also perfectly cooked. Prices are similar to other high end steakhouses.

I thought this was a fantastic steakhouse. The wedge salad was great. The steak was perfect. The desserts were great. Nice wine list . I was impressed .

Visited during Magical Dining, great options to please the table. Generous portion sizes, pricy bar menu. Blue Cheese Butter on the Steak was a nice addition.

We celebrated our 38th anniversary at 7593 Chophouse on The Reunion Resort Property. We were staying on property in a condo in Spectrum Resort, which is a part of the property. 7593 Chophouse is inside The Reunion Grande Hotel. We had amazing service from reservation to departure. They gave us a sweet Happy Anniversary card and congratulations. The ambiance was beautiful, private, and romantic. When we arrived the doorman took our picture. We started with the shrimp cocktail, which had a delicious dipping sauce unlike we have ever had. I had the filet mignon and my husband had the New York Strip. Both were cooked to our exact specifications. We shared the baked potato because it was huge! For dessert I had the cheesecake and he had the peach cobbler a la mode. It was pricy, but we splurge on our anniversary. Great experience.

I Realllllllllly wanted to love this place but it was just ok. For appetizers we ordered the spinach and artichoke dip along with a dozen oysters. I was not impressed with the spinach artichoke dip it looked like it was reheated and a little dry. The oysters were delicious and fresh. For our meal we ordered the signature bone in prime cowboy ribeye with a side of garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms. The steak was yummy and cooked to perfection ! The sides were delicious as well. The drinks were just OK.Conclusion: we were one of the only 3 tables there. The food was good but the service and the ambience left a lot to be desired. Maybe we'll give it another try??

Fantastic! I tried this place for Magical Dining and I was impressed. The decor was nice and sleek. The food was even better! I have to say that the French Onion soup was the best I had ever had. The bolognese was also flavor for and a tad of spicy added which made for one of my favorites also. The specialty drinks were flavorful and unique. My group and I have already planned another trip here!

Amazing restaurant located at the Reunion Resort near Disney, wife and I got to try it for Magical Dining and did not disappoint. Menu was very well balanced with amazing entrees and delicious appetizers and deserts. Great selection of cocktails and wine! Highly recommend visiting this spot!

What's the old saying?? You get what you pay for. It's not cheap but the food and service is outstanding. If you're tired of the typical chain restaurants in Orlando and you want to eat somewhere special, this may be the place.

Having been away travelling for nearly a month we returned and went back to chophouse for dinner. Honestly, the service of the team, their friendly deminer and menu knowledge is exceptional and the standard of food compared to all the countries we'd eaten in during the previous month. It was the perfect home coming, we love this place.
