Best fries I have had long timeOrdered the two meat sampler burnt ends and brisket plus baked beans and seasoned friesFood tasted good and the bag of fries were hands-down the best thing of the dinnerHad red pudding for dessert. It was just how I liked it slightly sweet. Can't stand those bread puddings that they soak in sugar. This one reminded me of old-school bread pudding, just sweet enough to be considered a dessert.I will be back again

I met some friends for lunch last week and we ended up here after discovering our regular meeting spot was closed. To begin with, parking was a huge challenge for everyone in our group. Several businesses share the parking lot so it's always busy. Basically it's fast food style service. You line up, place your order, pay, then carry your tray to an open table. If you can't find a table inside then you can eat outside. Drinks are self serve with Pepsi products. I tried the limited time available Pulled Pork Bowl. Not impressed. Way too much rice and not enough pork. I'll stick to the platter choices in the future.

Nearly nothing can top homemade bbq, but 4rivers sure gives it a run for its money. The establishment is a "quick service" style where you order at the counter and they make your place in front of you. I've visited several times but most recently, ordered the 1x2 platter, one meat and two sides. I chose the pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, and green beans. In addition, I added on a side of corn bread. This meal was scrumptious and everyone in my party enjoyed.

My office of 15+ loves the party platters from 4 Rivers. Everyone gets at least 2 plates, packed with food for less than $300. It's a win, win. Ordering online is easy and all the platters and utensils are packed and ready to go for when I come to pick it up. I would definitely recommend 4 Rivers for offices, parties, and if you have a sweet tooth for their desserts!

There is an outdoor and indoor seating area. You get in line to order food. The line moved quickly. The Brisket Sandwich was tasty just not enough meat. I ordered a wet sandwich for moisture. I like their barbecue sauce. I tried the new Maple Sauce and did not like it. They have a hot sauce option too. The fries were good but only half full. They have a wide drink selection. There was a Blueberry Cobbler Cake in the case that looked delicious.

Pros: 4 Rivers barbecue is always delicious. All their meats were moist and sauced well. And if you want more sauce, they have their two signature sauces at every table. Service is always so nice. They're very friendly and know that menu like the back of their hands. I also like how they've started doing seasonal specials along with their classics. Keeps me wanting to come back to try the new stuff. Cons: No real cons. The side portions have gone down in recent years, but hey, it is a pandemic. Tips: Get the bread pudding, please. It's delicious, and it's rotating. There's a new one every few months. If you're feeling mischievous, get the vegan burnt ends and see if someone you're with can tell the different. They taste so good!

I've been to many 4 Rivers in my life, and since they're a chain, a small chain, but a growing chain nonetheless, you expect a certain amount of standardization in their food, not only visit-to-visit, but also location-to-location. Well, around the pandemic time, quality and standard went down around 4 Rivers, I think we can all agree on that, but in recent years, it seems like they've had a resurgence of quality, and this trip was absolute aces for me. The kids say that, right? Anyway, I came here one evening for dinner. Quaint little counter service place with most of their food on display, people filing down, picking what they want. Pretty large dining room, lots of community tables, with them expecting you to sit down with strangers and strike up a conversation. Service is always top notch. Very friendly folks, people always coming by offering to get you more napkins or a refill on your drink, even the management! Another thing they've been doing lately is having seasonal specials on their menu. That's relatively new, and I actually got one of those items this time, it was some sort of Nashville hot fried chicken tender sandwich. So delicious. Perfectly fried, crispy tender, covered in just enough sauce, on a very toasted roll, sitting only on a bed of green. It was just perfect. I had a side of fried okra, too, and it was nice. Crispy, not oily, not slimy. What else can you ask for?We also split a three meat platter with a couple of sides. Pulled pork, good. It's not saucy, though, so expect to sauce it yourself. Brisket, also good. Not too fatty, just right. What I came here for specifically was to try their Vegan Burnt Ends. Beyond Meat did it again. I swear, if you blind tasted this, you may not guess that they're supposed to be burnt ends, but you would definitely guess that it was meat of some sort. Even if they didn't scream burnt ends, they screamed delicious. I'm excited by the evolution of this technology, letting vegetarians and vegans be able to enjoy in BBQ cuisine without feeling too left out. As for the sides we got to share, the Mac & Cheese was good. Not very toothsome, but very cheesy. Just make sure to sprinkle on some black pepper. But the star of the sides at 4 Rivers has to be their Bread Pudding (Fresh brioche bread baked in a creamy custard and crushed pineapple, cinnamon, and raisins, and topped with homemade doughnut glaze). Their bread pudding rotates quarterly, and it's always been something delicious. Well-soaked, cooked throughout, you get one of the crispy bits on top sometimes. Just good. Overall, 4 Rivers is knocking it out of the park. Not the best BBQ in town anymore, but always giving out five star experiences to all who come.

Awesome food, flavorful and fresh. Very casual dining, there are picnic tables in front or seating inside. The staff were helpful and friendly, and showed an interest in their guests. Only two types of barbecue sauce available - one regular and one hot. Would have preferred another option.

4 Rivers has recently gained some great competitors in our area, with more BBQ food trucks turning into brick-and-mortar restaurants. I loved 4Rivers when they first opened, but I feel the flavor has changed a bit over the years.I like a classic BBQ sandwich, so I ordered the Signature Angus Brisket with two sides, fries, and coleslaw. I do like their coleslaw. It is good! My brisket was juicy and tender. Next time I would order without the bun. The taste of the brisket kind of got lost with the rich bread. My husband ordered the Messy Pig, and my mother-in-law got the ribs. The food was good, don't get me wrong. The location has plenty of seating indoors and outdoors and a sink in the dining area to wash your hands after eating. This is a nice touch since BBQ can get messy.Service was great. The line was moving quickly and our order came out fairly quickly.
