This place is a hidden gem! Down on Church St, 1 Up is the perfect place to hang out, let loose, and have a rad night. The bar tenders were all helpful, and the atmosphere was great. Between the decor and the games, you really feel like you have stepped back in time. We were there for a company party. The food was really good. My favorite were the spicy wings and spicy hummus dip. (Not pictured). The drinks were amazing. Overall, this was a blast.

This bar is awesome! We loved the variety of themes, almost all of the arcade games are free, and Happy Hour all day every day. Each section and seating area of the space has a different theme such as MTV, Barbie, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Transformers, Jaws, He-Man, and Star Wars. The Barbie section is quite large and takes up the entire second floor. It is setup like an actual Barbie toy house with included amenities. I wouldn't recommend diving into the bubble bath, but hey it's there if you're tanked. One of the coolest restrooms I have ever seen was here at 1-Up. The Cobra Kai theme in the men's restroom was very well done and the hallway leading to the restroom that was covered in posters from floor to ceiling was a treat in itself. Even the cocktail and food menu items are individually named after a variety of movies from recent to the mid 80's. 1 Up has decent selection of free arcade games available to play for free and the majority of them worked perfectly. Ninja Turtles in Time, Galaxia, and Mortal Combat are always a fun play.Happy Hour includes all Smirnoff flavors, Capitan Morgan, Seagram's 7, Long Island Iced Tea, and they also have a decent Wings and Brew special- 10-wings and draft for $16.99, not bad. We didn't spend a lot of time here but if we were looking for a fun night out on the town again with a few beers I would definitely stop back. The cocktail prices are a bit expensive but the food is reasonably priced. If you are in the area 1 Up is worth checking out.

Try the thin mint shot!!! Really different but worth a try. Service was great. Some of the arcade games could definitely use a tune up as some functions didn't work. Had an amazing time with my friends and can't wait to go back soon

Staff and food were amazing! Ambiance was chef's kiss and I want to go back already. Great vibes and aesthetic but what is even better is that the food and drinks were actually good too.

First time at this bar and I was amazed because its like a Time Machine that took me back to the 80s and 90s! The decoration is off the chart, and the arcade games...wow! This bar brings a lot of great memories for the GenX to enjoy and for anyone looking for a fun place to meet up. I love the Barbie props on the second level and all the graffiti and neon lights all around the bar.

Talk about walking into your childhood. This bar is a blast from the past. Dive into the 80s and 90s and feel the nostalgia with iconic Barbie, Arcade games, Goonies, MTV and more. We were a little surprised by the door fee to get in but once inside it was very much worth it. We were immediately greeted at the bar. The theme for the night was Harry Potter so the bartenders were dressed up and they had fun themed drinks. Their drinks are on the pricey side but you are getting a nice quality themed drink that matches the ambiance. Who doesn't love a good theme? The drinks were also very tasty. We had sorting hat shots (a shot themed after each Harry Potter house) and a Barbie drink. It was beautiful. Blue with spackles and pink heart stick holding a cherry. While you could literally explore this place for hours... we chose to go to the upstairs Barbie room immediately. It was freaking amazing. You are literally walking into a Barbie house. There are so many photo ops. The bathtub full of balls is very cute. Also fun fact: if you go into the kitchen the fridge actually blows cold air. So cool!!! 10/10 must see spot in Orlando. Especially if you enjoy amazing instaworthy photos and a energetic crowd.

Since the last time I was here so much changed and it's kind of disappointing. Overall the bar just seems way dirtier and could definitely use a good deep clean. The only bar available now to order at is the main one in the front. The one in the back with beer and pizza seems to be either closed or under renovation. Kind of annoying when it's busy and it takes so long to get one drink (plus sometimes I just prefer a beer). The couch in the Barbie area is gone for some really cheap stools and when we were noodling around the Barbie area taking photos, the fridge and freezer in the fake kitchen clearly have mold growing on the inside. I really hope they can get this place back to what it used to be. Until then, I probably won't be back.

Was on vacation out here from Houston. We have some cool bars but nowhere on this level. The whole place is like a giant adult playhouse. Every inch is well thought out and will keep you busy staring at it while you sip on your crazy cocktail. It would be difficult to take a "bad" selfie here. They had all the classic arcade games to play for free. Machines are in good working order. Will definitely stop in again next time I'm out here and recommend it to any friends/family heading that way!
