My husband and I have been getting Geno's as dinner after we work long nights for a while now. Today was extra special. There is a new gentlemen working there. I think his name might be Gio? Once my Togo order was ready he ran it over to me. I asked if there was vinegar sauce in the bag and he said it should be but he would get me more. I said it wasn't necessary whatever was in my bag was enough. I walked out and he ran up to my car with two vinegars and said he would feel so bad if I got home and it wasn't in there. I was blown away that he cared enough to make sure my older was right and went above and beyond to do so. In today's world this isn't common. This small gesture really meant alot to me. What a great experience.

The food I ordered was good but here is the issue.The place is dirty, it has a restroom but the women's has been closed the men's has no lock on the door and no soap to wash your hands. I am an older female and this is just unacceptable. Don't you have to have working restrooms in an establishment? This place used to have potential and sadly has let itself go.

The pizza was very similar to Chuck E. Cheese. The pepperoni is cooked to perfection. Where it lacks is the lack of sauce if it has more sauce and was still able to maintain that crust this would be higher. Service was very nice called my order in on the phone came in and it was hot and ready.

while my boyfriend and I were sitting eating our pizza a cockroach crawls infront of our table on the floor. Then while eating we hear this loud ZAP noise and see there is an elect fly killer above the trash can. Then I look around and notice flys everywhere in the place. My boyfriend went into the bathroom to wash his hands and he said there were multiple cockroaches in the bathroom. Then he went up to grab a Togo box for the pizza and the worker noticed the roach before he noticed my boyfriend, when the worker gabbed the size box we need he shakes the box to make sure there isn't any roaches inside.The pizza was greasy but it was ok and it came out hot. Just never going there again since the place doesn't seem clean and not worth feeling creepy crawly and not sure to trust the food.

Haven't been here in a while and Damien and Frankie totally hooked us up. Service was super fast, they really took care of us and helped us get the best price for our food. Heard there was new owner and it definitely shows, the place looks great with new menus and signs and just overall seems better. Gave us plates, ranch, and super great service. Would definitely come back again!!

Please let me know about this problem. ASU coupon clearly says that you need to show the coupon for 5$ one. The other coupons say that they need to be presented. All employees understand this except one. He says all other employees are at fault. Other employees understand what is written on the coupon and ask for ID and to just see the coupon. This particular employee demands the coupon and keeps arguing. Please let me know what is correct, is this one employee correct or all the other employees are.
