Travel day. Feeling tired and hungry!!We were greeted really quick even though we came in through the back entrance ‍We were sat at a comfortable booth near the bar and Mike was our bartender/server. More just our server since neither of us was drinking. Mike had a great personality, was fun and made great suggestions for dinner!I settled on the French dip, no mushrooms and a little gem (I think that's the name) salad. My friend had a burger and sidewinder fries. Mine came with the fries too. DELICIOUS! The meat was good, the aioli was delicious the bread perfect! My friend's burger was cooked perfectly to her liking and the fries were good too.We ended with and Apple coffee cake type dessert with gelato. The music was good, the food and service were great! I'm not in Phoenix very often but I would definitely return to Orchard Tavern!Oh and the bathroom was super clean and decorated so cute.

They changed the GF pizza crust! And now I'm not a loyal customer. The service is outstanding. The menu is varied and not a typical "bar" menu. I really loved this place... until they changed the gluten-free pizza crust. I don't know what is was before, but now it is cauliflower crust, which burns easily. If I wanted burnt gluten-free pizza crust, I'd go back to Pitch. I loved the "pie and wine" Wednesday special, but I won't be going back for that. I will go back for the burger... and hope they don't change their gluten-free buns!

I've been coming to Orchard since their soft opening a few months ago and I have to say it's a great little spot. Feel like the place has started to hit it's stride. The service, I have to say is excellent! I've been stopping in a lot on Tues and Wed, sitting at the bar, and the two bartenders they have working there those days are amazing. They, Charity and Mike, have made the experience for me lately. Honestly they're both just fun and that's great after a long day. Also both have been very attentive and are quick behind the bar. That speed though, certainly does not take away from the quality of the cocktails they make. They know the menu well and now I don't know if that's the reason why I like so many of the Orchard's craft cocktails but I'm not complaining. Speaking of the drinks, again their cocktails are excellent, but they have a nice little tap selection as well. Or for something more simple a well rounded liquor selection. One of the negatives I'd say though is the drafts I feel are a little more pricey than you'd expect or can find in the area. However the cocktails I'd say are the opposite, for the quality you get and compared to other craft cocktails spots the prices are more than fair.The food there is also pretty good. While I mainly go for drinks, the few times I've eaten there I haven't been disappointed. The brussel sprouts, green chili stew, tavern burger and carrot cake were all great and I'd easily recommend them.All of this is found in a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. I'd say the feel/decor of the place could be described as modern vintage. Like a modern take on your grandparents 70s decor. Place has a nice patio and is very pleasant to sit out on a cool spring evening. It's just north on 12th street and Glendale, tucked just far enough into the neighborhood to offer a laid back atmosphere.The bar top, while not huge, is not cramped and offers a good number of seats. While not a sports bar, the few tvs they have at the bar are big enough and well placed that it makes watching games there enjoyable. Have gone there specifically to watch a few games with friends and have enjoyed it each time.Tldr; Orchard Tavern is a comfortable spot that offers excellent service, with a nice bar, great food, wonderful drinks, and amazing bartenders (certainly in Chariy and Mike). Definitely worth stopping in.

This place I highly recommend, the staff were very friendly & did an amazing job at hosting, the place was super clean & had very nice decor! Service & food came out pretty quick & was fresh. Everything that we ordered was fresh & had great flavor. We left very satisfied with everything can't wait to visit again! Thank you for having us!!

This place was great! Our server Jessie was the best, and always made sure our champagne was full and we had everything we needed. The food was delicious! We sat inside, but they have a super cute patio area I want to try out once it's not so hot out.

Went for brunch with 2 doggies and it was a bit too much for them next door so we decided to try this place. I'm glad we did! Quieter and relaxed and elevated vibes. The cocktails were delicious and the service was very good. We both enjoyed our meals and would go again.

I enjoyed this place! We sat outside cuz it was super nice out, but the inside decor was sooo cute! I loved all the stained glass and funny dog decor. Our server was super sweet and attentive! And the food was great! I got a grilled cheese and it was kind of perfect which is hard to do with a grilled cheese. It had the right amount of cheese and then was still fresh with the addition of the tomato soup! Will definitely be back to try brunch!

New and exciting gastropub! We came on Wednesday after work for drinks and a meal. Firstly, the facility is modern and airy. There is a beautiful patio with lots of shade on the east side of the building. We sat at the large bar to be more social, though. They have TVs but it's not a sports type bar. The bartenders were super friendly and made us some yummy cocktails. Some higher end hooch would be nice. There are many Keto options on the menu. We decided to share three appetisers: the deviled eggs, shrimp cocktail, and the brussel sprouts. All were tasty, but none of them stepped outside the box to be great. The happy hour apps were small but priced accordingly. All the staff had a great fun vibe, which translates to a fun experience for customers. We felt like the pricing was good value. We will certainly be back for cocktails and food.

We came by after my husband attended an event for our kids school a month ago. Service was good, food was great and had a nice vibe overall. We got the prime rib special and pizza. Both suggestions were amazing. Charitye and Mike were awesome and accommodating. Great experience overall.

this is my second time to this beautiful establishment and I was kindly welcomed by Grace and Paris with beautiful smiles and tentative service. The trend of greatness only continued from there as the handcrafted cocktails were delicious made by grace this time, and the attention to detail service from Paris was the cherry on top! Not to mention Andy the manager on duty checked in and brought a friendly vibe and kindness that was needed on this day!I'll definitely be back and you should give it a shot too, cheers see you soon!
