what a treat this was. We arrived early and sat at the bar for some cocktails. Brian the bartender was a pro. Made a signature cocktail to my taste preference and worked the bar with ease. He is extremely detail oriented. Bar seats 10 and almost everyone chose to dine at bar. Since it was our first time we wanted the entire experience. They have private booths. where you're up against the glass and can dine as you have an intimate dinner watching the sun set. So unique. The dining room is quite spacious with views all around and ample space between tables each other for a true quiet dining experience. The food was top notch. We had a lovely beet arugula salad, whipped potatoes with cheese fondue was light and airy. The wet aged ribeye practically melted in our mouth. My husband always says no one can beat his steak, well someone has now. Done to perfection. Can't wait to return.

If there is a time to ever treat yourself for fun, for a celebration, or a just because, it's Orange Sky. The scenery was BEAUTIFUL. The atmosphere was quiet and perfect for our girls night. Bibiana was PHENOMENAL as always. Daniel was sweet and attentive. We had a booth, and it was better than I imagined.The food was incredible, from the Charcuterie board, to the bruschetta, to the actual meal. The drinks were delicious and refreshing. The plating was perfect and so was the taste of it all. It arrived warm and fresh. I highly recommend the Wild Mushroom Pasta! If you're ever in town, make a quick reservation and try it for yourself. I can't wait to come back.

We were seated near the window and the view was incredible.The dinner was incredible, we had the chicken, filet and mushroom pasta.The whipped potatoes were outstanding as well as the carrots. Our waiter Anthony was more than attentive.

Gorgeous view a good variety of food. It's a very elegant dining area as well as they have a very lively bar area with live music. I enjoyed my steak and my cocktail was delicious. The bartender was able to whip up some flavored lemon drop shots for our birthday girls celebration they were tasty .The cheese board was OK. We made a birthday reservation and there was some slight confusion with reservation time and being moved around. But ultimately we enjoyed our experience.

I was staying at the hotel for my birthday. My friends had been there all day and left by my 8pm reservation for dinner. It was just myself. Bibianna was my server. She started out asking if I wanted wine and a Appitzer. I explained I'd been out in the heat drinking all day I'd like just water. She tried to upsell drinks. I just wanted a nice relaxing dinner but not lots of left overs since I'm staying in the hotel. I ordered the skirt steak which I normally like because the the just enough fat to give great flavor and whipped potatoes. The steak came and it was rubbed with chili powder and if did not care for it. The whipped potatoes were great. The bread basket delicious. I told the waitress I did not care for the rub she kept making excuses. I asked if I could get a new steak with just salt and pepper. She said she had to ask chef. The manager then came by and was very kind and got me a new steak. It was better but there was no salt and pepper. The waitress had a attitude the whole time. Maybe because I was a solo diner or now ordering apps and cocktails. After dinner she asked if I wanted to see the dessert menu. I asked I'd they do anything for birthdays and she said yes but do I want to see the menu. I said yes but nothing jumped out at me. She asked if I wanted to order dessert and I said no I'm fine. Then she said do you want the complimentary dessert and I said ok. She brought it out and said chef asked if you were going to order a dessert besides the complimentary one and she said she told him no. She said chef does not like that but she was going to give me one anyway. The dessert was terrible. I ate 2 bites and left it. She asked if I like it I said it was fine. She asked if I wanted it boxed I said not. Overall the service was the worse because of her attitude. My dinner was $60;for a piece of meat and potatoes which I'm fine with but I guess since I did not spend twice that I did not deserve a nice birthday dinner. I go to the steakhouse at Casino Arizona and the food and service is wonderful. They were not busy but you think at 8pm on a Wed and someone's birthday you would have seated them closer to the window. I will not be back. I have went to most the other restaurants in the hotel and have always been treated wonderful. The manager was very kind. I have never been told the chef expects you to buy a dessert to be able to get a complimentary birthday dessert.

Very disappointed in the taste and quality of the food, especially for the price point. I do not mind at all paying for great quality food and amazing service, but this was not it. I was expecting much better of both. I've dined at Orange Sky in the past and enjoyed it so when I was staying at the hotel, it was a no brainer to eat here to celebrate our 1st anniversary. Pros1. Nice of them to give us a free chocolate dessert since we were celebrating our anniversary. It was the best tasting thing of the entire meal. 2. Beautiful views especially on the patio.3. Bread basket was good.Cons1. Sea bass was fishy smelling, definitely more than a fresh piece of fish should be. 2. All of the food looked really good, but didn't taste nearly as good as it looked. 3. Almost everything was under and overcooked. For example, the sea bass was overcooked on the ends but the center was undercooked. Same thing with the ribeye- part of it was done medium and a large portion of it was rare. Ribeye is typically fattier but this cut had excessive amounts of fat throughout. 3. The carrots were tasty except more than half of them were undercooked and too crunchy. 4. Undercooked chayote squash tasted more like the texture of apple slices. 5. Server was sweet but so was her very heavy application of perfume. 6. Cocktail sauce tasted like straight ketchup. Definitely needed some doctoring up with more horseradish and lemon.

The food is delightful, the view is superb, and if you love a bar moment before you're seated, Orange Sky has it. Once you make your way to the 15th floor in Talking Stick, the elevators open to the bar area and there is a great patio with fantastic views. I'd suggest a reservation if you plan to go, it will save you time and ensure you have a great experience. The food is excellent, I've been here twice in the last month and haven't had a bad bite whatsoever. If you are gluten free there are options for you including pre-meal bread options available on request. I've had a steak and the porterhouse which were both perfectly cooked, the seabass with the cilantro sauce is fantastic and the crab dip was by far my favorite appetizer. You can't go wrong with a stop by Orange Sky for a special night out and it's a fun opportunity to dress up as much as you want or come as you are as the dress code isn't particularly strict.

We made reservations earlier in the day. When we arrived, we had a drink at the bar which was delicious! Originally our reservation was for the patio, but it was too windy and cold so they moved us back inside. Our table was right next to the window which was a beautiful view! We went to the table and immediately the server came to take our drink order and provide us a bread basket. We ordered the cheese board to start and it was amazing! Delicious cheeses and meats. The bread and the whipped marscapone cheese was so delicious! We ordered the filet, lobster, green chili Mac and creamy potatoes! Such an amazing order especially for two people. The food was perfectly cooked and the sides were yummy! My favorite was our server! He was so friendly, down to earth and very attentive! Great job and beautiful view! Would certainly recommend! Can't wait to visit again!

The Orange Sky is one of a kind. My boyfriend set reservations for a nice evening dinner and my expectations were exceeded! From the moment we were seated, to the moment we ended our meal, it was a fabulous experience.The seating provides absolutely gorgeous sunset views of the surrounding area and is private in its own way. Our server was Regina and she was an absolute joy! She is extremely knowledgeable about the menu (both food and wines) and also has a bubbly personality that contributed to many smiles and laughs throughout the night... she is full of great recommendations - to include giving you a great suggestion for a view when you need to go to the restroom! HahaWe ordered drinks to start off our night. The bread delivered was warm, fresh, and just right. For our appetizers, we ordered both types of oysters (seasonal and rack roasted) - both had their own flavor palates to them and were delicious! We also ordered the Chicken Empanadas, which were ok - they were a little mushy and the crust didn't have a nice crunchy fry to it... would probably skip ordering that and try something different next time! For our entrees we had Elevate Your Game, Tatsoi, and Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass. All were great! My boyfriend and I finished our plates pretty easily. Regina explained that Tatsoi is kind of like bok choy- definitely could see/taste the similarities! We also ordered dessert and a bottle of wine... which were easily finished.I would definitely recommend trying this place if you haven't! Thank you Orange Sky for a great dinner and night.

Excellent service, delicious food, a beautiful view, great music, and wonderful friends! We will go back soon!
