Ophelia's Pizza + Bar

I enjoyed the pizza and the service was friendly and effective for my small group. I love the way Ophelia's created a family restaurant atmosphere. From the hostess to the server, the staff was warm and welcoming. Our waitress patiently helped us navigate the menu, from favorites to helping with options for those with dietary restrictions.I started with the warm olives, and the chef offered us complimentary tomato-pesto antipasti. I shared a truffle pizza, and it was delicious. It featured real, shaved at your table truffle. The crust was authentic and the pizza was cooked to the right level at high temps. It's worth the premium! Others at my table enjoyed their lasagna and meatball pizzas - all plates and pizza trays were emptied.I'll be back!

Holy cow, this place is excellent.Didn't even expect it, this was for a work dinner and my goodness, what a treat. All the food was delicious and the wait staff was incredible.Specifically, you want to try the Lasagna. Prepared traditionally with the most wonderful béchamel sauce, I couldn't believe how supple the pasta sheets were. For dessert, check out the cream puffs. Don't know what they were called, because I didn't order them, but they were heavenly to bit into. I don't know if I'll ever end up back in Nashville, but if I do I know where I'm eating.

While in Nashville, I wanted to try Nashville's pizza. Looking on Yelp, the first two places I saw photos of the pizza that didn't look all that good. Then I found Ophelia's, I'm so glad that I did! The photos looked better so that's where we went. My wife and I shared a Caesar salad with shrimp and a margarita pizza. Wow! Both were seriously fantastic!! The Caesar came out first, we both enjoyed it tremendously!! Fresh, great taste and a good size for the two of us. Then....the pizza came out!! It was Neapolitan thin crust. OMG, I haven't had pizza this good in a very long time, it actually was as good as when we went to Italy. No Joke! The crust had a great crunch, it was perfectly cooked with the right amount of spices. Every bite was amazing!! The service was OUTSTANDING, they were all very friendly and great to talk to. Thank you Ophelia's!! Thank you for making great Italian food at a good price with fantastic customer service. We WILL be back again when we return to Nashville!!

Excellent and kind service! The best service I've had despite being understaffed. The servers were very pleasant and nice. Immediately served us water since we were parched and were attentive. The restaurant itself is adorable and detailed. Very cute brunch spot. From the decor to the plates and even the receipt in a Shakespeare playbook, the attention to detail was magnificent. The pizza was surprisingly good. Being from the northeast I am very picky. The crust was excellent and the pizza was thin and crispy. No flop. We asked for red pepper flakes and spices to top the pizza and they delivered. I would definitely return.

Stopped by here for dinner. The pepperoni pizza with the Nashville Honey was very good! The shrimp scampi was great as well. Everything came out hot. Giving 4 stars because the meatballs were a 0/10 for me. Literally did not finish them and only could stand 2 bites. The tiramisu was literally the best I ever had. I loved the aesthetic inside. They have alot of interesting artwork.

We enjoyed this quaint little Italian place near Broadway. The whipped ricotta was creamy and the homemade focaccia was a great vessel! We shared the mortadella pizza and lasagna. Both had great flavor and tasted extremely fresh. The pizza crust itself is done very well. The lasagna has a béchamel sauce on top with a slight hint of lemon which I thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was on point as we were never left without water which always makes us happy. Definitely a great choice if you're looking for somewhere close to downtown with a casual but fancy like feel.

I'd give it 3.5 if I could! In my opinion it's way over priced for what it was. The pizza was alright and lasagna was good but definitely not worth $31. The server was extremely friendly and I loved all the photos on the wall it gave off a very cute vibe. I'd come back just for drinks and apps but I'd skip out on the entrees!

One of the best Italian joints I've been to! Spot itself is super unique with old photos everywhere that give it some historic glam, indoor and outdoor seating as well as a cool bar inside. We ordered the whipped ricotta to start and it was delectable, so light airy and the bread was even better. I wish I could have that every day! Also ordered the truffle gnocchi which was amazing as well as one of the pizzas. Service was 5 star, honestly everything A-Z was amazing. Would come back here at any chance I get!

Service was a bit slow but it was busy day. The pizza smelled delicious and it was tasty. It looked packed inside and louder than the outside area. The theme of the decor inside looked beautiful and homey.

Ophelia's Pizza + Bar is in the heart of downtown Nashville, but makes you feel like you are taken back in time. The ambiance is very cozy, but VERY loud. My only complaint are the loud tourist, but is well known if you go downtown. The food is incredible. The whipped ricotta was my favorite dish because of amazing bread! I enjoyed the lasagna, it felt very authentic. I wasn't a big fan of my drink, but there are so many good options. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!
