Location - oddly shaped retail parking just by a major traffic light so getting in and out of the stripped shopping center is tricky.Workflow - not optimized, ordering/payment is separated from actually getting the food. I didn't know that sauce wasn't already mixed with the poke bowl so I ended up eating the bowl without the sauce at home.Food - large bowl is a largest container box but there isn't enough food inside the large bowl. Food is like half 50% occupancy, really just enough for one meal. I saw the shopping staff prepare the food, seaweed is seasoned from a bag, fish comes from pacific shipping company on frozen wraps. I think I can get the same thing from Uwajiyama.Price - after tax no tip is ~$29 with only three things in the large bowl order, no frill anything, and no sauce for my own mistake. Overall, I was not satisfied with the purchase or the food experience. If anyone who comes in to order, I suggest arriving at 11AM, order small bowl + one additional protein and one additional side. They will stuff the small box up, won't be pretty but that'd be the strategy to make it worthwhile.

Ho, brah, when you like find da best poke in town, Ono Poke is da place! So, when my daughter wanted poke for her birthday, we knew EXACTLY where to go! As soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted by the friendly peeps behind the counters. The atmosphere is casual yet inviting, perfect for a birthday celebration. My daughter went all out with three killer choices: Poke Bombz, tako (octopus), and spicy ahi. Each one was so onolicious, we couldn't stop grinning.Poke Bombz: These little buggahs were an explosion of flavor. Bite-sized bombs packed with marinated fish, rice, and all kine fresh toppings.Tako: The octopus was a fusion of textures and flavors. Tender, marinated just right, with perfect chewiness.Spicy Ahi: This one was the game-changer. Ahi tuna, melt-in-your-mouth good, with the right heat and tang. The spicy mayo, ho, kept us going back fo' more.Me? I didn't order anything myself, but you know I had to sneak a few nibbles from my daughter's plates. What makes Ono Poke the best is the attention to detail and the passion you taste in every bite. The staff are super friendly and know their stuff. If you're craving the best poke in town, Ono Poke is the place. My daughter's birthday meal was a hit, and we're definitely coming back for more!

When it comes to amazing poke, Ono Poke never disappoints! Let's start with the most quintessential part of great poke.... the fish! The quality of the fish here is unparalleled to any poke place in the area, this is due to the owner flying in fresh A1 sushi grade fish. You can taste how fresh it is and the mouth feel is much more pleasant than the precut frozen stuff you will find at a lot of other places in the area. The ambiance of the restaurant itself is very nice, having some tables indoors and outdoors for dining in. This is a great spot for a date or grabbing a bite to go and enjoying it at one of our local beach's or at home! The thing that really brings all of these things together is Ono pokes amazing team! The staff here are always extremely friendly and super helpful, they are a living example of what any restaurants team should strive to be! If you're in the Edmonds area definitely give this gem of a place a try! You will not be disappointed! Highly recommend the Mac salad side, although you can't go wrong here as all of their food is super tasty and high quality! So what are you waiting for? Summer is here! Go grab some refreshing poke, you won't be dissapointed!

Ono Poke has been on my list for the longest time, and I am honestly so mad that I hadn't taken the time to come here sooner!I came here with some close friends on a Saturday afternoon - Ono is a small business that is well known for their authentic poke, it's supposed to be the closest anyone can get to Hawaiian poke in Seattle! I've never been to Hawaii though so I can't really tell you anything other than the fact that it was delicious. The interior was quaint, but had ample seating for people to dine in. My friends and I ordered at the front, and I believe I paid about $23 for a regular sized poke bowl. For my fish, I got to choose the Miso Salmon and the Yellowtail - I LOVED the fish. The texture of the Salmon nearly melted in my mouth, and the flavor of the yellowtail was perfect. Everyone is able to get one side with their order, and most of my friends and I got the macaroni salad. I personally love all Mac salad and this one was as good as any other shops! They also had seaweed salad, crab salad, and cucumber kimchi - I wish we got to pick more than one side cause everything looked delicious. At first I was hesitant about the pricing in comparison to how much food we got, but I was honestly pretty full after my bowl! It's on the more expensive end for sure but I think Ono is worth it for the quality of fish that you're getting. I'll definitely be back!

I had high hopes for this place with the excellent Yelp star rating and social media vloggers boasting about this place, but unfortunately it didn't deliver.I came after the lunch rush since I was picking up some items in the area, and got the ahi tuna and albacore poke, with seaweed salad. Ahi was fine and tasty, but the albacore was so OLD! It was slimy and funky, and after a couple bites I had to throw out half my meal. This is a major disappointment especially because after tax and tip this half-sized box was over $25. My base was half sushi rice and half salad, which met expectations. The person who took my order waited patiently for me to order but didn't offer to explain how anything worked, which was a bit frustrating. I wasn't sure if all orders were packaged to-go, if I would order at the register and then tell another person my selections (subway sandwich-style), or what. Luckily no one was behind me to witness my shame.OH also they charge a $0.50 credit card fee which was not disclosed to me and I saw it after the fact on my receipt!!One star for prompt service and getting my order right. Overall, a real bummer in quality, price, and experience.

Overall: good poke, but pricey and not worth the wait for the plates. I was born and raised in Hawaii on the Big Island and it was nice to see a family up from Hawaii bringing local style to fresh fish up here. I loved the stickers that were all from Hawaii and the price signs on the poke that made me feel right at home. The poke is good and very fresh so it hurts me to say that I probably won't be back unless there is no line and I was prepped with my own rice to just buy a pound of poke there. In my opinion, it is in an unusual location and really only somewhere you'd be stopping by on the way to or from seattle or if you live nearby. I got a two choice plate and just the one side that comes with the plate... and that was $26 after tax (no drinks or additional items). The portion of the poke was small and the fact that you only get 1 side, unless you're willing to pay $1 extra per side, is not something I'd be willing to wait in line for. I got the seaweed salad and thought it was really strange and unnecessary that it was the same portion as a poke portion... but maybe I'm being picky? I posted the picture for reference. I really enjoyed the tombo poke... super flavorful but if you're not looking for something with mayo, get the spicy ahi. I did want to try the scallops but that was gone before I we got there at about 1p. They post their menu daily on their facebook so if you're curious you can peak at it before heading there. They have a few tables inside but it is a little squished if there's a line. There are also a few tables outside. I was happy that they have a bunch of sauces for you to add to your plate before eating. There is a parking lot for the shopping center on both sides of the store (it's on a corner lot) so that's nice.

Some of the best poke I've had in Seattle! The fish was so fresh and loved the sauces. We got a spicy salmon and it definitely had a kick! They change a few poke options on their menu frequently so make sure to check their Facebook. Can't wait to come again to try different types! It's located in a small strip mall with a few other stores so there's plenty of parking. Caution if you go on a weekend - the line might be out the door and can be a wait. We called ahead and had to wait about 30 minutes. The employees are super friendly.Highly highly recommend this poke place if you're in Edmonds or wanna try a new poke spot!

The closest thing you'll get to authentic Hawaiian poke here in the greater Seattle area. Highly recommend going earlier in the day. I got there around 11:30am (30 mins after opening) on Sunday, and there was a decent line and the restaurant was already full. Luckily, there was plenty of fish left and all varieties still available. I've gone two times prior closer to 2pm and only 1-2 types of poke were left. In my picture, we got two regulars both with 1/2 rice 1/2 salad. The top had oyster sauce salmon & spicy ahi with mac salad. The bottom has traditional ahi & spicy ahi with cucumber kimchi. All of the poke I've tried here so far is delicious and my favorite is the spicy ahi. The fish is extremely fresh and tastes almost buttery. The only thing I'd tweak is for the cucumber kimchi to be a bit more fermented (basically tasted like fresh cucumbers to me).I would go more often if I lived closer, but whenever I'm in the area or going up north, I try to swing by! If you've never been to Hawaii before, Ono is a must try.

Ono Authentic Hawaiian Poke is definitely in the running, if not leading the pack, for the best poke in, or around, Seattle. It has fresh fish, balanced flavors and a variety of different fish that will cater to most poke-lovers. It's on the slightly expensive side for Poke (compared to other places in Seattle), but you're paying for quality and it shows [you're getting what you pay for]. I'll definitely be back when I'm looking for top-notch, next-level poke. It's fantastic.

My husband and I came in today about an hour after opening and there was a decent sized line formed, a couple people waiting and a couple eating. We were greeted by a nice woman behind the counter. We already knew this place was a hit just from the reviews but the fact that the place was already packed was confirmation. The lady that took our order was so sweet! We absolutely cannot even begin to express just how amazing this poké is. It is absolutely phenomenal. It is hands down the freshest, most tender and best poké I've ever had and will probably ever have. The ahi feels like straight butter (in the best way possible) it's so fresh. The traditional limu ahi is really delicious and sesame forward in flavor. The unko's spicy ahi is out of this world I absolutely could not stop eating it even after I was super full. This is definitely our new spot!!
