Overall it was a 9/10. The sushi was filling and delicious and the service was unmatched! The only thing I would change is some of the prices. A hidden gem in Sandy Springs and I will be back. Did I mention the chef came out and explained how the sushi was prepared!I ordered the Las Vegas Roll which was perfect for my hungry appetite. They gave me like 8 huge rolls full of meat and flavor. My girl ordered the tempura bagel roll which was so delicious. Both rolls melted in your mouth like butter and was made from the heart. She also ordered a side of hibachi rice which was good too. It was date night and my girl wanted sushi. She told me about this place she went to with her friends and how good it was. The first thing I noticed was how intimate and quiet the place was. We must've came on a slow day but that just meant the servers gave us more attention and paid more attention to details.

Some free business advice: If you're running lunch specials with the intention of getting the working crowd to come in on a lunch break, perhaps make sure you get your food to your customers quickly enough that they can actually eat their food while on break. I put in my order shortly before 1PM, maybe 12:55PM. At the time, I was one of four tables. The place was not particularly busy. I ordered a chicken bento box. At around 1:15, I was given salad, miso soup, and some room temperature glass noodles. All were satisfactory, although that is not how I'd eat my japchae noodles if given a chance. It took about 20 minutes for them to bring out some very basic items. At around this point, I started to get annoyed. The server noted that I was super unhappy about the delay and offered to bring out spring rolls while I waited. I declined as this made no sense to me. The bento box would be more than enough food, and I didn't feel like waiting for more slow food. Ultimately, I got my food at about 1:30, after waiting 35 minutes. I ate the tempura shrimp (1 piece) and veggies (7 pieces or so) and asked to pay and get a to go box immediately. I was still late returning to work, which was less than a half a mile drive's away. The food wasn't bad, although the teriyaki chicken had a lot of yellow squash which squeaked a lot. I found that rather unpleasant. The food was probably a 3.5, but the service was a mess. 35 minutes to get a Lunch Special going when One Sushi was NOT busy (Only two orders came out before mine, which means it takes on average 12 minutes for the kitchen to complete an order), and most of the servers and front of the house team milling about and socializing the entire time. If you have all the time in the world to get your meal, you can find a perfectly satisfactory meal here. However, I did not have all the time in the world and One Sushi failed to provide service necessary to accommodate the lunch rush.

The whole experience was a little weird. Service was good. The menu was Korean inspired sushi, in a crepe cafe, with a wine bar and no sushi bar out front. Not inspirational, on the sushi side. Miso soup was good on the starter. We ordered a vegetable tempura as an appetizer that showed up after the sushi. Huge plate. Six pieces of beer batter style fry, not tempura. Sushi was heavily sauced, which it doesn't need, unless freshness is a question. The beef bulgolgi roll was too big, like a futomaki roll. Too big to get down with one bite, and it falls apart with a bite. Some re-engineering of the roll with a lot less rice would be a great idea.Won't thrill ya. Won't kill ya. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

First time here and i was craving sashimi! Had the yellowtail sashimi and the staff miss michelle added tuna as a complimentary. She is the sweetest! We got spoiled and even had honey ginger tea to end our meal. Slow on weekends but the food came out quick. They also serve miso soup, salad and noodles as a complimentary starter (i forgot to take a pic) they have a lot of options and variation of menu i even had boba taro tea as it is called korean and japanese cafe. Would definitely go back.

I have not had good Hibachi in so long that I almost forgot that it was one of my favorite Thai entrées. While in the Dunwoody area, I stumbled upon One Sushi. The restaurant is located in The Perimeter Town Center, a multi-building medical office complex offering healthcare suites and restaurants. Parking is free and plentiful, but during weekday business hours 8-5, you may have to search for a parking spot.I ordered my food to go online, and their website is user-friendly. My order consisted of spring rolls and shrimp teriyaki hibachi with vegetable Wok fried rice. The ambiance is chic and quaint. It's definitely a nice place to take a date. They have a nice size bar and optional outdoor seating available. Customer service seems to be good, when I picked up my order the staff was friendly. My entire meal was delicious. The spring rolls were crispy and flavorful. My entrée had an ample amount of rice and fresh veggies along with shrimp all cooked to perfection. The garden salad was lovely, not the usual basic salad that you usually get with your hibachi other places, and the ginger dressing was good as well.If you are in the area and in the mood for Thai food, One Sushi is a must try.

We had a great relaxed dinner with good service. The sushi was fresh and attractively prepared, the fried rice wasn't overly greasy and noodles were great!

Okay I am stuffed. Thank goodness I didn't get another roll. Service was quick and nice. It's right before lunch rush and it was pleasantly quiet. They open at 11:30 a.m. . I love the decor. I decided to sit at the bar and watch the beautiful images on the flat screen. I don't think I'm going to eat for the rest of the day. I tried something new and it was delicious.

I absolutely love this restaurant for sushi cravings. The food is always fresh and customer service is always great. This time I placed an online order for the shrimp tempura roll and bang bang shrimp. Both were tasty. The portion sizes were good for the price and they were packaged well. Definitely try this spot out, if you are in the area.Side note: The Double Decker roll is a favorite!
