Best location in the west valley, the crew is always super friendly. The smoothies are always on point and they suggest great alternatives if you're not too sure of flavor combos. My favorite is the "Stack" with almond milk with strawberry mango, super delicious and refreshing.

Bomb shakes definitely recommend one stop is my go to always after a workout if in a hurry !

What is there not to love about a nutritional smoothie? They also sell an ample amount of supplements and snacks to help you achieve your fitness goals. It is conveniently located between EOS and Esporta. My go to drink is a post workout or meal replacement with blueberry and vanilla. If you order a 'split' cup and they will poor half of the smoothie into another cup. This is convenient for me because my son steals all my drinks. If you pay with credit card there is a 4% increase. They have a point system set up through your phone # so every x amount of points you will receive a free smoothie.

My first time stopping here and I am so happy I did... my post workout shake was amazing but the staff is even more amazing! Cristina was such a sweet heart and literally made my day ... she was so helpful and just the best had the best energy.. I came in not knowing what to order and she was so helpful.... this will now be my routine after the gym every time Thank you Cristina!!!

Staff is always friendly and on top of it! Stop by after almost every workout. Great selection of different health and nutrition supplements in smoothies and on the side. Definitely try if you haven't.

$6 for a kids shake?! Seriously? No real fruit, didn't taste anything like mango. Cost $23 for 3 small shakes. Absolutely ridiculous. That's an entire meal somewhere else. NOT WORTH IT
