Great first day of work lunch spot! Had the veggie burger, but they had plenty of options for everyone and while the initial order taking was slow, food came out quickly and they handled a misstep on a food allergy very well. Great atmosphere and not too loud to have conversation.

Went to One North for happy hour, their happy hour lasts till 7pm which is almost unheard of! So very happy about that. My friend and I ordered their special which was margs and Palomas for $10 which my friend said was decent (not strong but u can taste the alcohol). I stuck to Rose which was also $10. We ordered the hot mess sliders and buffalo sliders. The hot mess was good, the buffalo sliders was a little salty which is sometimes the case with buffalo flavored foods, would've liked more blue cheese and a little more sauce... we ordered the gouda cheese balls and chicken potstickers which was decent- the sauce definitely made it better. Decent spot, bar area is nice, wasn't too crowded and the service was good. Would definitely recommend for happy hour. *we split the bill and it came to around $65 p/p including tip.

This is a really fun and vibrant restaurant! I came here for lunch the other day with some of my coworkers and it was a great experience. It was a beautiful day, so the restaurant was pretty crowded. We had a nice table inside with a great window view. All of the food we ordered was excellent and the service was good. I will be back soon for lunch!!

The place is lovely and very convenient if you're attending the opera across the street, which is what I was doing with my friends. We had a large reservation and I got there early. They were really sweet and offered me the chance to sit at the table when I arrived but opted to just sit at the high tops they have at the entrance. Once the rest of the party arrived, we went to the table. The service was lovely and kind. They brought the menu of mocktails that was by the entrance when asked. The docking of stars only comes from the food and price. The food for all of our choices was just okay. Nothing to rave about. This was a bit disappointing as the price, which I'm sure is increased because of the clientele and location of the place, is a bit higher than what the food is worth. Even so, would come back just for the convenience of the location. Plus the music they played while we were there was a bop and that was fun.

Came here for happy hour and it was a solid option. They only do happy hour deals at the bar, which was fine as my friend and I were able to score two spots there. It was busier than I expected for a Thursday night; the whole section we were in was full (and pretty loud). We stuck with wine, so I can't comment on cocktails. The food was good-we had the gouda puffs, burrata plate, and backyard BBQ dirty fries. All were good. The burrata was chef's choice of the pairings; it came with salami which was good. The dirty fries were tasty, and while I wasn't sure what the expect with the gouda puffs but they also tasted good. The service was fine. Food came out quickly after ordering, thought sometimes we did wait a bit to get refills on our wine (it was busy, I recognize that, but they also could have acknowledged us and said they'd get to us soon).Prices are what you'd expect for downtown, which was fine. Overall, a decent option, especially if you're doing happy hour as they have some good deals.

The burrata looked promising, but it was disappointing in flavor. I think it could've used some more vinaigrette or maybe a fig jam. On top of that, the whole place seemed to be full of loud businessmen. There's nothing wrong with that (it makes sense for the area), but I just wish the acoustics weren't so intense. I could hardly hear a word my friend was saying!

Classy and cool is how to describe this place in the Loop with a healthy and light menu. It's not cheap but get here for happy hour and there will be some pretty good prices. One North, for those who can't figure it out, is at One North Wacker. Good place for downtown workers at lunch. Those waiting for the afternoon will get some great savings. After seeing the menu and the prices, we made a decision to go at happy hour. It's quite a deal for those willing to wait for it. This also avoids the big lunch crowds of downtown workers. A lot of those people don't need to worry about saving a few bucks. For those who are more thrifty, the happy hour is the best hour. Actually it's a couple hours for deals on both drinks and food. The specials vary per day of the week. It's $10 for cocktails. On Fridays it's a Manhattan. These were strong. As for the food it has a few appetizers. It's $10 for happy hour. We got the Traditional Hummus, with it being one of the few vegan friendly items. It was a decent amount. This comes with cucumbers, kalamata olives, lemon zest, pita chips, and tomatoes. It was a good amount of food for an appetizer. The regular menu features super expensive things such as seafood and more. Get here at happy hour. It's a lot less expensive for some good stuff. The bar is good for an intimate experience or you can sit on the patio and get some good views.

Overall 3.5! Nothing I'm craving but solid experience! They offer a decent happy hour where the drinks are reduced priced but not the food. We started with the smoked Gouda bites. They are actually pretty small compared to pictures. Don't split between more than two people given the size. They were tasty! For dinner I had the chicken verde flatbread. The portion size was good. The flavor was ok but nothing special. For dessert I had the crème brûlée. It was decent! Service was good and the atmosphere was nice.

You are sleeping on this amazing Happy Hour! Our group had the Gouda Puffs, Burrata, as well as Potato and Sausage Focaccia. Every app was so delicious. Happy Hour specials include 1/2 hour select bottles (on Mondays) and selected apps. I can't believe I haven't tried this place before and highly recommend it. Service was just as great and shout out to Bob who was our primary waiter. Highly recommend.
