One Love Cafe

My gf was craving a beef patty and she found this place. As soon as we walked it we knew we had to try more the a beef patty. We also tried the oxtail plate. Let's start with the beef patty..... sooooooo daaammmnnn good! I have to say it was my first beef patty but my gf is from New York and she gave it the stamp of approval! The meat was so flavorful and the outside was flaky and soft all at the same time. I highly recommend. They also have a veggie option. The oxtail plate was so damn good! The oxtail was tender and season perfectly. I know how much oxtail cost at the store so I think you get a lot on this plate for the price. The portions are big so we were able to a share and be so full!! The cabbage had peppers in it as well as. Seriously so good! The plantains were on point! The rice and peas also sooo good! He gave us a piece of jerk chicken to try and I will be back for that as well!! Eating this food makes you feel like you're in someone house. The owner and chefs really puts love in this food! I highly recommend! I will be back!

One Love Cafe is an amazing new addition to our small business community here in phx! Not only is the food amazing, the owners and service is phenomenal! I was there last night for the fish fry and it was a big event One Love Cafe put on. Ambiance was perfect! Excited to tell everyone about this new gem!!!

Great custumer service. He was working all alone, and the curry goat wasn't ready, yet, but we only had to wait about 20 min for fresh curry goat. He was friendly and the food was fresh, delicious, filling, and 5 stars!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST JAMAICAN FOOD IN PHOENIX! you can smell the authentic spices the minute you open they door. The owner is a one man show and trust that is all you need. He is friendly and welcoming . Everything, I repeat , everything is fresh! There is not one microwave in the place. The food is so good that I almost had to be carried out. The plates are bountiful and you will have some leftover. The best Jerk Chicken and Oxtails I've ever had! I can't say enough! A MUST TRY!

Best Jamaican in Phoenix! I came in on a Friday night and had the Curry Goat, Jerk Chicken, Rice and peas and Cabbage. Let me tell you the Curry Goat was fall of the bone tender packed full of authentic spices and flavors, the Jerk Chicken was cooked to perfection, golden crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside with a side of sauce to compliment. The cabbage and rice were fantastic. I also got a chance to try to Jerk Pork as the guys let me try a sample, AMAZING! I ordered beef patties to go and had them later on that evening as a mid-night snack. Even after reheating, they were great. The guys that work there are very friendly and welcoming. If you haven't tried this place, you got to come try, you won't be disappointed.
