Zipline Tap & Grill

The food is very good. They have a very tasteful menu. The execution has always been good in my handful of experiences. The portions are not large though.Service is good, but maybe a bit disorganized. Once I sat at the bar for 5 minutes or so before a tender acknowledged me. I was the only one there.A very nice, contemporary, full service establishment that delivers a good dining experience. Recommended.

I'd give the review 2.5 stars if that was an option.We were really excited about the opening of Zipline Tap & Grill, hoping it would bring more options to the Fallbrook area. But if you enjoy guessing whether a restaurant is open or not, this might be the place for you! Maybe they're open? Maybe not? Oh, sorry, they're closing at 9 PM on a Saturday--or was it 10 PM on a Friday? Don't bother with the posted hours, they seem irrelevant!And if you're looking forward to Fiddlesticks, the attached lounge (which is a great space, by the way), you might be disappointed--it's often closed. But hey, the employees seem to enjoy their breaks there! You can always come back next weekend, ask if it's open, and be told "yes, I think so," only to walk across the restaurant and find it closed again. What fun!Oh, and that specialty drink they're promoting on social media? Maybe they have the ingredients, maybe not. It seems the same mystery algorithm that controls their hours also decides the availability of drink ingredients. Keeps things interesting, right?When we're not disappointed by the surprise closing times, there are definitely positives about Zipline Tap & Grill! It's in a great location, and the remodel was spot-on--it's a fantastic space. The mixed drinks are well-made, and there's a wide selection of Zipline beers, all of which are great (though the pickle beer isn't for me!). The menu is extensive and creative, with everything we've ordered being perfectly cooked and delicious. The servers and bartenders are friendly and competent, making for an enjoyable dining experience when things run smoothly.Our hope is that Zipline Tap & Grill addresses its shortcomings and lives up to its potential as a great dining and drinks spot.

Zipline Tap & Grill -Pickle Brined Chicken Sandwich ( Comeback Sauce, Apple Slaw, Nashville Hot, BB pickle, Lettuce )-Salt & Pepper Fries -Pickle Time BeerI have been wanting to try more obscure restaurants lately & I would recommend this one! My waiter was super sweet and gave me an excellent recommendation! My sandwich was so good and pretty different from most basic chicken sandwiches. My fries were good, and my pickle beer was unique and different (in a good way). I also thought it was nice (cause I am picky on beer) that they let you sample them to ensure you liked the one you picked! The inside is nice and they mentioned live music every other Thursday and Saturday which I thought could be fun. I would totally recommend if you wanna try something new!

Perfect location in Fallbrook, very trendy inside with nice outside patio seating fire pit etc, they also have a separate bar lounge area. Service was very good super friendly and answered all of our questions about the food and drink menu. Great selection of craft beer on tap, limited simple food menu. Unfortunately I feel the food is a big let down, we ordered the blackened shrimp and Cajun chicken Rigatoni Pasta, absolutely no flavor what so ever I mean not even salt and pepper to season the chicken, the shrimp was packet frozen not fresh with a cheap overly sweet ginger sauce, plus side the French fries and draft beer was very good, it's also very pricey for packet chain restaurant style food! Such a shame really enjoyed everything else about the dining experience.

Lincoln's beautiful Fallbrook community is becoming a destination for Lincoln diners. Joining the popular classic Toast is a new dining establishment, Zipline Tap & Grill, located in the former Schilling Bridge Tap & Cork space, although beautifully redesigned and expanded with the addition of a lounge known as Fiddlesticks. Zipline, known for its beer brewing prowess, is making a claim to be considered among Lincoln's best restaurants with a menu crafted by Executive Chef, Jared Clarke. Clarke's other establishments in Omaha, Railcar Modern American Kitchen and Timber Wood Fired Grill, are proof of his capabilities to establish serious contenders. And Zipline Tap & Grill has the makings of another winner. I've enjoyed the food, the drinks, and the service and have been impressed by all of them. Having opened for business only two weeks ago they are already operating as a seasoned staff, both front and back of house. Their food is a comfortable and creative blend of classic grill favorites with some real culinary punch. Flavors are well crafted, interesting, and plating and presentation are visually engaging. And their cocktails, wine, and beer are well matched to the quality of their food. I can confidently recommend Zipline Tap& Grill. Expect this new offering from the folks at Zipline and Executive Chef Jared Clarke to become a Lincoln go-to for you. It's quickly become that for me.

Great service! The food was excellent. Fun atmosphere. Several beers on tap. Over all I would definitely recommend this place.

Made our first visit to Zipline At Fallbrook. It was very very good. Our party of four on a Sunday evening was seated immediately. The ambiance was very warm and welcoming on a cold January evening. Ordered drinks (beers and a Manhattan) and a flatbread appetizer which was delicious and big enough to be enjoyed as a main course entree. The wait staff was pleasant, well dressed and attentive. We ordered a hamburger, airline chicken, crunchy shrimp. Everything was delivered quickly and was delicious. We took our time, enjoying our food and drinks and pleasant conversation. Because it's the kind of place where you don't want to be rushed. I would definitely recommend Zipline at Fallbrook to everyone. I only gave it four stars because of my drink, the Manhattan. It was weak, very weak. I encourage the bartender to be a bit more generous with your pour. Because, we notice and it cost your restaurant a star. None the less, I look forward to coming back.

I have to write a review after I saw the negative one posted. I have been to Zipline many times in the last few months and have never had a bad experience or meal. The servers have always been kind and knowledgeable. The food is delicious. I especially enjoy the pork chop and the salmon. My husband is stuck on the CFS. I highly recommend that you give them a chance!

Beer good, food and service not great. Very unfortunate. Odd menu, hit and miss on quality. Keep wanting to like it, but miss the restaurant that was in this spot previously.

Very cool new place. Excellent food and wonderful cocktails. About 20 beers on tap. The lounge area has a great vibe. Great place for lunch, dinner or drinks. The smash burgers are great for lunch. Steak and frites for dinner. Followed by. Craft cocktail at the lounge. Fun place.
