Decent thin crust pizza. We came for lunch & everyone orders at the counter/register. They have lunch specials. I went with the 2 topping slice of pizza, salad & drink for $11.06! We ate inside the party room that has plenty of space for large groups. Weather permitting they have a nice outdoor patio, with some covered umbrellas. The salad is fresh with a few toppings. While still eating my salad the pizza came, which is decent size, covered with toppings & warm. No complaints here. From the ordering to the serving was about a 10 minute wait. The staff are friendly & helpful.

I've never been a big fan of thin-crust pizza, but my taste is evolving, and I'm slowly starting to appreciate it more. I remember when Zio's first opened, and I thought their pizza was good. However, my recent experience left me a little disappointed. The pizza was surprisingly soggy, and the flavors didn't match up to what I remembered.I didn't know there was new ownership, which might explain the change in quality. The prices have gone up, reflecting a broader trend in the rising cost of pizza. While I want to support Zio's, as it's an Omaha staple, it seems they haven't quite kept up with the competition from the newer pizza places.Despite the recent letdown, I'm hopeful that Zio's can regain its former charm and stay true to its reputation as an Omaha favorite. It would be a shame to see this local gem lose its place among the evolving pizza scene in Omaha.

Pretty good pizza! If I lived in Omaha, I would frequently eat here! My boys loved it! My youngest told me to give 5 stars. However, the plates we were given were still wet. And there was a lot of grease that the crust soaked up and was soggy.

Ordered takeout Friday night from the Zio's at 180th and Center, or so I thought. Show up at the restaurant, completely dark, sign in the drive-thru saying closed due to staffing. What about my order, then?Called back and found the call had been routed to the Zio's at 129th and Center. No indication of that routing at all on my initial call to order. Person on the phone said it was a surprise to them too, and they were all supposed to answer the phone with the street address so nobody would be surprised. Well they didn't, so I traipsed around town and finally picked up order.Zio's responded to my email later that night saying I was the only person this happened to and what could they do to make it right? I made very reasonable request, and that's the last I heard from them.

Well I used to love zio's so much. Right of high school I worked at the original spot on dodge street. Now I know the owners have changed. Came to zios tonight and it's plain and simply just not as good unfortunately. It's not bad my any means just not the caliber it used to be. My calzone was not cooked the good inside. Was to much mozzarella/ ricotta cheese compared to the toppings I had in it. All good things don't have to come to a end but unfortunately zio's is coming to a end I feel.

I have gotten take out from this location a number of times. For a recent Friday order the food was ready right on time and still hot when we got home. The restaurant itself had only a few tables occupied but there was a stead stream of people picking up takeout. The restaurant was clean and the employees friendly so no complaints! With the exception of the downtown location, I have had positive experiences at all Zios locations in Omaha.

The worst Zio's location I've been to. The parking lot is weirdly laid out and the pizza was incredibly disappointing for being so expensive. We got a medium supreme pizza and paid like $25 for it. When we got it, the bottom crust was so soggy it tasted like wet dough. Not wet bread, dough. As soon as I picked up a slice, all the toppings immediately slid right off the pizza. When I informed our waitress, she wasn't very understanding of the situation. It was more of a "Yeah, this happens when you've got fresh ingredients" kind of a response, but I found this to be highly questionable as I've had many a supreme pizza where the mix of cheese and ingredients have all cooked to bind together well. She offered to reheat the pizza but it was of no use. The crust and toppings were completely independent of one another and no amount of reheating could fix that. I didn't ask for it, but no discount or alternative options were offered and I didn't even eat one slice after the first few bites because it felt like an uncooked pizza. My suggestion is go to the Zio's downtown. The parking can be a nightmare, but the pizza is not.

I love Zio's pizza, but this last time when I ordered a calzone with hamburger and green pepper, I got two little pieces of green pepper and one little crumble of hamburger. The rest was 100% mozzarella cheese of which I choked on at one time because it got stuck in my throat. I won't get a calzone there again.

Ordered for pick up through ritual. Once I arrived at the time ritual stated it was ready the employees stated 10 more minutes. Went back in and they hadn't even placed the pizza in the oven. 10 more minutes and the garlic knots weren't ready. Do not recommend unless you have an hour.
