Over all great experience and very inexpensive. The environment was very family friendly and our server Zane - although busy was very attentive and social. The Meatball sub was really great, and super filling. Would recommend if you are looking for a pizzeria!

I have been here several times, I ordered a to go order. And ended up getting food poisoning from it.I would not recommend coming here. Pizza is sub par especially if you are not from this area.

Incredibly disappointed to say the least. I had not been to a Zio's Pizzeria in years, but my fiancée really wanted to try it for the first time. I agreed to give it another go. First, our "garlic" cheese bread had no garlic. It was just very bland bread with cheese. It was really bad. Secondly, our pizza would not stay together when lifting it up. The pizza would fall down and so would the toppings. The pizza was not very special. The crust was fine and the sauce was fine. The service there when we went to pick up the pizza was not friendly at all. When we went in to pickup, it wasn't very busy in the restaurant. I did really like the decor inside showcasing downtown Omaha. I don't think that I or my fiancée would come back here.

The food here is pretty good but I gave it 4 stars because of atmosphere. When we first walked in there was no one really there to direct us so we just sat at a booth and I thought I broke my tailbone when I sat down because the booth had no cushioning whatsoever in it. It was like sitting on wood. We ended up moving to a different booth but had the exact same problem. Every seat had no support whatsoever in the cushions. My husband got a white pizza which she said was just OK and I got the taco one which was really really good!

Quite possibly the best pizza I have ever had. I am from out of town and was hoping to find some good pizza and I hit the jackpot.I do understand the lower reviews about atmosphere. Not very full but lots of staff just hanging around and not very attentive to the customers.

My family and I stopped here before going to run a few errands downtown. We were right in the middle of lunch rush, but we're seated immediately. Our server was friendly, but not very attentive when it came to refills and checking in on us. My husband and boys opted to order a sausage, pepperoni pizza, but I cannot remember the official name of it. The pizza crust and sauce were delicious, but I personally am not a huge Italian sausage fan. There were quite a few other pizzas that I would love to try so I'm anxious to this franchise again.

Service trash, Food trash.It will take them 1hr after you order to serve you a cold watery pasta. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all unless you want to be disappointed.We also ordered Pizza slices which after literally 2 hrs of waiting she told us they actually didn't even make it so it's been taken off our bill no reason to wait at all like ma'am so I'm not eating at all today cause this pasta is god awful.

Ordered a pepperoni calzone. The pepperoni inside was deli sliced meat like what you get on sub sandwich. Who in their right mind thought cold cuts go inside a calzone? I'm not even a chef and know those are two completely different things. It was disgusting
