Outstanding work, outstanding service is how I describe Zerorez. After hearing about them on the radio, I called to give them a try. Upon calling them, I was very impressed with the professionalism; that goes a long way with me. I was informed of the current promotion going on. It turned out they had availability to come out and clean my basement carpet the next day. I know it doesn't always work out that way, but this time it did.Christian was the technician who did the cleaning. He was professional and polite. It took less than two hours to clean the basement carpet and stairs. That included the carpet protectant application too. As the radio ads state, the carpet turned out really clean and soft. I would certainly use Zerorez again in the future!

I've used Zerorez about 3 times now and they have always done a good job. They are on time, friendly and efficient. They provide realistic expectations and I appreciate the less chemically cleaning experience. The house is left smelling fresh not like a chemical spill that you get from other cleaners. I will continue to use Zerorez.

We've used Zerorez three times in the last two years at my dads house. We are now selling his home and Zerorez once again to the rescue. Made a rather last minute type appointment specifically wanting it done today. Tyler, from Zerorez arrived right on time, along with a pre arrival phone call to let me know he was enroute. He did a fantastic job on the carpets and completed the cleaning in about an hour. Tyler is prompt, courteous, professional and friendly! An extremely satisfied with this company and A++++ rating on Tyler!

The Ugly: My wife passed away last week after a 19 month fight. The celebration of her life starts tomorrow. The room she spent the last year in bed in was a mess from the 100's of visitors.The Bad: I want to have the room cleaned in the next 20 hours.The Good: I called ZeroRez with my problem. I had used them in the past, so was a "loyalty customer". Also they considered the circumstances and gave me an incredible deal. More importantly, they were here in 45 minutes and did an excellent job! Thanks office staff - sorry I forgot your name. Dennis and Chris did a fabulous job and were very professional.

Best carpet cleaning I've ever had. My 25 year plus old carpets look like new. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have always rented a carpet machine and done it ourselves but we decided to have our carpets professionally cleaned. One of our friends recommended Zerorez and we had been hearing their commercials, so we called them.We have a small house and only asked them to clean our upstairs (3 small bedrooms, 1 hallways, 1 small living room, 1 large dining room, and 1 split set of stairs). The initial special was $129 for 3 rooms so we knew the price would be higher than that. We have a dog so we knew the price would be higher for that. But the final bill was almost $700. If I would have known it was going to be almost $700, we would not have done it.Please know that this is not a review of the technician who came and did our carpet. The technician was wonderful and did a fantastic job.Our main complaint was the upcharge to such a high amount. We won't be back to Zerorez.
