I ordered a cab using the app; 3 minutes later, I received a phone call from a number I didn't recognize. Upon answering, it was my driver asking if I "still needed the ride"....Considering I JUST ordered the cab, yes?!? Also, driver sat there for about 5 minutes asking me where I was going and if I "knew how much the ride was going to cost" and THEN proceeded to continue to ask me how I was going to pay (cash or card) when I already told him cash. THEN I had to give him directions to my destination, and THEN he didn't charge me the fare on the meter, he instead charged me about $2.50 more than the meter because he said that the meter froze en route and that the meter wasn't correct so he calculated the fare on his cell phone (I did see him reset the app with the meter on it, but it came back up with fare continuing to increase). And because I coughed a few times, decided that it was OK to ask if I have COVID. First of all RUDE, second of all no, and even if I did, the driver was wearing a mask. In addition to all of that, the ride via Uber is HALF what I was charged. Do NOT recommend ZTrip if you can at all avoid it. There may be great ZTrip drivers out there, but this guy was rude and clearly did not like being a driver.

The times I've had to deal with z trip has been less than superior. The main problem that I have seen is the dispatch workers are not well trained. I asked to be picked up at 10 am for a doctor appointment. I called at 10:10 am and they still had not found me a driver! A driver showed up at 10:40 am to take me. Same issue going home. I will say that both drivers were courteous and friendly. Both vehicles were clean and in good shape.

So the dispatcher is so inconsiderate. This Covid-19 has nothing to do with their reliability. I've tried using them for countless rides, last year it was around zero, weather wize. They left me out in the cold for 3 hours! Me being in a power chair, can't ride in anything else but a wheelchair van.So I have a friend that drives for them and said that a scheduled ride only comes on their board 15 minutes before your set to pick them up! So in my opinion if you tell them that the ride has to absolutely happen, the dispatcher should ask if you want to schedule a time one hour before you need to be at your destination! That is just good customer service to me!!But it seems to me that these dispatchers are idiots

Scheduled trip the day before. 10 minutes before time to be picked up we were notified via the app that they were busy and would try to find another driver. Trip was to the airport.Thankful I allowed additional time and have good friends that could help on a minutes notice.

Z trip prices 2.95 pick up fee & 3$ per mile and 1.50 per min company leases the cars same as taxi company 558.00 per week plus 80$ per week for insurance

Warning. Do not depend on trip https:// www.ztrip.com/lincoln/for reliabletransportation. They were supposed to pick me up today at 7 o'clock in the morning. Take me to the airport. Nobody showed up. When I called the recording, said they didn't have a driver for me yet and they didn't know when they would.Frantically I was able to get Uber. At 8 o'clock in the morning, I get a message from Z trip telling me they're waiting at my house. Really? Even my confirmation told me I had a 7 o'clock in the morning pick up. The guy text me and told me l should've canceled the reservation. Like I had time to cancel the reservation when they were late.? I didn't even think of canceling the reservation they didn't show up for. I was too busy trying to find other transportation. Stay away from this company.

TERRIBLETERRIBLETERRIBLETERRIBLEThis is by far the worst taxi company I've ever dealt with. They're unreliable, and rude when you attempt to redress grievances. The car was 45 minutes late. Driver said the F word every other word. When I pointed out that he was taking a long route, running up the fare unnecessarily, he threw a fit. Then he cursed like a sailor when I told him he would be getting a bad review. That was his opportunity to make things better. Instead, he continued acting like a drunken sailor who didn't get his way. NEVER AGAIN! I've never had such a bad experience with a cab company, and I've taken cabs all over the world, including New York City. No New York cabbie comes even close to this driver's rudeness. For anyone out there looking for a cab, I would strongly urge you to find another company. This company is one of total incompetence and belligerence.

Very bad taxi company Omaha needs an upgrade on the cab companies . These guys are atrocious if they call you back from that 222 number you best look for a different mode of transportation .
