I contacted this agency to purchase plane tickets for an overseas trip. The reason I wanted help from an agency was the complicated nature of our plans in terms of dates and multiple cities involvement. At first they seemed helpful and I provided all info and documents they requested. It has been more than 2 months now. No one got back to me. Meanwhile I was able to book my flights through the airline. I understand that these companies make money from organizing bigger things like destination weddings etc. But then, they should tell people upfront that they don't help with small things like plane tickets. So I don't recommend this business.

I have had many issues with getting a response and or returned call from my agent (Kristine Thiessen). Come to find out she is no longer with YTC. Since no one would return my call I stopped in the office. I had originally given a deposit of $400.00. Check was cashed in August 2017. Trip was planned for 3/16/18 - 3/21/18. I never received a receipt and or invoice. I unfortunately lost my job 2/6/18 and needed to cancel the trip. I spoke with the General Manager (Dora Bitsos) in regards to a refund on my deposit since this trip was handled so poorly from the beginning (no communication and or receipt). She told me that she would not be refunding the deposit and that both she and Kristine Thiessen had made several attempts to give me a call. This is simply NOT true. She told me that I would need to take it up with an attorney. Dora Bitsos (General Manager) also copied the owner of YTC - Craig Clawson stating that he was also an attorney. I have not heard from Dora Bitsos and or Craig Clawson since I requested one of them to call me and discuss further on 2/23/18. Rosalie O'Fallon
