Yellow Cab

This is the second time I have called ahead to get a taxi to take me to the airport. I scheduled the day before and when it is time to pick me up. They don't show up. Completely ridiculous.

Very disappointed with this Company. Told it was a two hour wait, and then later in the evening service was shut down completely. The telephone line was off and no cabs were able to be called. None of the cab companies were reachable due to over exertion of resources. You would THINK that companies relying primarily on the business of intoxicated people would account for, oh idk say...a holiday like NEW YEARS EVE. My fiancé (in heels and a mini dress) had to walks mile in 5° winter weather after bars closed. Numerous happy cabs passing us by despite our flailing and waiving. Until FINALLY I jumped out in front of a cab and desperately offered him double fair.

Showed up promptly (considering I called around 4am on a Monday.. the phone operator and the driver were both polite, but $5.50 to enter the cab and $3.90 a mile is the steepest rate in town. I've taken Chicago cabs for less..

It was good. came on time and also called me to say they have arrived, because of which i dont have to wait outside for them.

I use their cabs when I come through on the Greyhound from Sioux Falls to connect to Amtrak. The last (and FINAL) time was in April. They are always these old, miserable white guys who should be on suicide watch. They never help with luggage before and after trip, appear to even fake courtesy, or act like they give a damn whether or not you called their company. The sorriest excuse for drivers I've ever seen. Next time, I'll walk to the Amtrak station.
