Yeck's Tire & Auto

We have taken our cars to Yeck's for over 24 years and have never had a problem with the service or communication with the owner or staff. No one likes to have car problems and when we do we want it to to fixed without stress or a run-around. Even when it's bad news, I know the people at Yeck's will be honest, straightforward and considerate of our time. I'm so grateful Bellevue has Yeck's and the people who work there to depend on whether it's auto maintenance, new tires or something needs to be fixed or replaced. They treat customers like family and thats why they have been around so long!

I tried Yeck's after several friends recommended it. I had been with the same mechanic for 30+ years but thought that he was not keeping up on the technological advances in automobiles. I was very pleased with the experience and am grateful for my friends' recommendations. They were easy to work with, no high-pressure attempts to sell me more than I needed, and I am pleased with the results.

Decided to choose Yecks because of the good reviews, which in my opinion was a good decision. The customer service and communication was outstanding. I'm not real knowledgeable about cars and costs for repairs, but for the research I did I felt Yecks was reasonable. When u call to set an appointment, ensure u ask about a loaner car. Don't wait as they will prob all be taken. Or u can just head to Village Cafe, which is a 2 min walk, while you wait for your car.

Didn't receive any of this 'great' service they speak of in the other reviews. I took an old Jeep in to get battery tested and a smell checked out. A running Jeep with working battery. I come back and the only thing they have to say is they tested battery and it's dead, that'll be $60 and if I want them to explore smell it'll be over $100 to diagnose. Smh. The woman that I was supposed to pay for them ruining the battery was practically incoherent, didn't pay attention to anything mechanic said. I just wanted to pay and leave I was so infuriated, I can't believe I even paid them. The mechanic was not clear and did not answer my questions. They were just ripping me off. Really regret going to these scam artists.

The best experience we've had since moving here. They are very knowledgeable and very kind. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else. They diagnosed the problem and found something else that can have caused us harm. We were sold a bad car from a local dealership but they really came to the rescue for us.

Best automotive care in Bellevue. Very friendly, great work! If you don't go here, you're just wasting your money.

Can't tell you what their actual service would have been like because we didnt get that far. We were having Triple A tow our broken down vehicle to a shop. They suggested Yecks, as a certified repair shop, so we said sure, take it there. When we got there they were extremely rude and unhelpful. They said they were 2 weeks behind, so don't even bother taking it off the truck. No empathy for our situation, no suggestions on what we should do. We asked why they didn't contact Triple A and let them know they couldnt accept any more vehicles. They just said it was Triple A's problem, not theirs.

I took my car here in February to get my air filter changed and an alignment done also just a general inspection. When I first got there the lady at the front desk was very rude and dismissive. I knew them I should've said never mind and took my car else where. Instead I left it it took all day they literally did my car last and I dropped it off before 8 am. Steve was the guy who worked on my car her was cool. They told us all we needed was an alignment done and paid 100$ for that. As soon as I got my car back I heard funny noises as if something didn't get put back on there right, My car is quite quiet when it runs you barley hear anything or when your driving. So I took it to my dealership and had them go over their work. Of course he didn't put my air filter box back on which could've done damage to my car if I didn't take it to get check. He also DID NOT do an alignment on my car which I paid for. I got the paper work from my dealership stating it all. I paid for something that didn't get done it's a very sad world when businesses take advantage of young adults. I do not recommend this place. Service was ok I've had waaay better experiences.I learned to trust my gut instinct. I now only stick to my dealership. I will never go back to this place ever.

They are the best and treat you like family. All of my grown kids my husband and I take our vehicles there.
