Yano's redid a couple landscaping beds for us that previously had overcrowded sickly trees. We're very happy with the final results and would recommend them to others.

This is a small family owned business. We went to the nursery, picked out a tree and had it planted in our front yard during the summer. Yano's was affordable and quick with delivery. It only took them an hour to dig the spot up and put the tree in. The staff was also friendly when we needed to move the cars around to leave.Tips: we were there for the planting and we arranged next day delivery

I am giving this company 2 stars only because they were my lowest bid. I'm sure it's my fault for going with the lowest. The communication and follow through here were not stellar. I did all of the phone calls and emails, so much so that I felt like I was nagging. I had to postpone my edging contractor because my installation date was not adhered to. The amended soil that I ordered (soil plus compost) was delivered as only topsoil. I believe that the amount of soil they brought was not the amount I requested. My explicit directions were not communicated to the crew doing the work, so they were confused as what to do. Luckily, I was home when they installed the dirt and mulch so I could correct the miscommunication. I cannot recommend this company due to the poor customer service and quality.

We did a pretty large project that had a lot of moving parts for Nick and I changed things multiple times. We had another company come in and do a sprinkler system. A separate company come in and do sod work. Nick rolled with it all! This was easily the best purchase of services and products I made in years.This all happened after I tried 4 times to get Lanoha to come out and just help me plan my project. We told them multiple times that we would be buying a lot of trees. This represented 4 separate trips to see them multiple phone calls we never even spoke to the person who would do this planning.Yano's is Great and so is Nick!

Yano's Nursery is a fantastic place to buy a tree. We were greeted at the door by the owner. He helped us pick out a beautiful tree. The price was reasonable and it included planting and a 1 yr warranty. It was planted today and the crew went out of their way to make sure it was perfect. Highly recommend Yano's if you need a tree. He grows them all, so you know you are getting the best.

After the sale, don't call you back. Don't respond to numerous emails. Was supposed to get 1 year warranty plants replacement, not. Was supposed to get daffodils in my flower beds, nothing. Nick was my sales person. Left messages on different sales people's voicemail. No call backs or anything !!! Saw a truck out here for about 20 minutes. Looks like put a white flag by a plant. Didn't call or contact me afterwards. Didn't ring the bell. Shady work. Was told there was going to have 3 inches of mulch, maybe got 1 1/2 ". Tore up all my day lilies and trashed in the back of a truck. I told them to not do that. This was before COVID hit. NOT RECOMMEND

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I'd rather pay a lot more than give this business a cent after being so unprofessional and undependable! I only give them 1 star because I couldn't give less. I went in and talked to Joe about redesigning our front yard and some work in our backyard, including mulch, bushes, a couple of trees, etc. He said he'd write up a design, but after a few weeks with no word, I tried checking in. He told me to give him another day or two, yet several weeks, emails and voicemails later, he refused to return any communication.

I did meet with Joe and he was on time and worked with us. I was very happy with Yanos Nursery. We also were not looking for a free landscape plan.

Yano's is a small family business and is a reliable place for landscaping and trees. They delivered loads of mulch and landscaping rock to my driveway and arrived as promised. I have also had them plant trees and do my landscaping beds when I did not have time to do it myself. They did careful work and a great job!
