Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Gretna

Such an amazing place!! They have the neatest ideas with their custom made treats. Soooo much to pick from too! You need to stop here for your pooch, he/she will love you for it!

Awesome Gretna Pet Groomer If you have a doggo you should check out Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming at the outlet mall. The grooming prices are good and you can get in the same day! Today it took about an hour and I did some shopping at the mall while I waited. It's a super cute boutique with toys and baked goods too! The staff is friendly and it's a really clean shop.

This place is expensive and the groomer is not only rude but offensive. Will never take our pups there again.

Our dogs loved the fresh baked cookies we brought home. The selection and variety of the treats and toys is impressive. Staff was friendly as well. We will definitely stop by again next time we go to the outlet mall.

Worst customer service ever. Groomer acted like she was annoyed when telling her about the special needs of my elderly dog. Groomer didn't listen to instructions. Shaved my dog in areas that were not to be shaved. Doesn't know proper breed cuts as my miniature schnauzer and yorkie came home with identical haircuts. Haircut is choppy and too short. Specifically requested it not to be so short. Clerk was rude, asked for a manager and manager didn't know anything and gave me the wrong information and then shrugged her shoulders like, oh well. The manager was even more rude than the clerk. Anal glands not included for a grooming costing over $50 each (included in standard groom for every other groomer in town). Avoid this place if you want to be treated like they don't want you back as a client.

Cashier was very rude. she didn't greet us, didn't ask us if we needed any help finding anything and instead picked at her nails the whole time we looked around the store. she didn't even look up as we left the store. Never had such poor customer service.

This is the only place that has been able to trim our aging dog's nails. Our vet won't even try any more. They make it a positive experience for him too.

BE AWARE DOG OWNERS! I wanted to share our unfortunate experience at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Gretna today, at the Gretna outlet mall. I picked up our dog from her grooming appt and on the way to the car she kept trying to itch or lick an area on her behind that was bothering her, due to our other dog getting cut by their groomers in the past (and us unfortunately trying to give them the benefit of the doubt) I checked the area before leaving and discovered they had skinned her on her behind area & it was very irritated.We took her back in the store to inform them of what had happened, the supposed owner of the store, Holly, was very unprofessional and unwilling to help in any way whatsoever.I DO NOT RECOMMEND them for dog grooming and definitely not for customer service!!

I called last week to book my long haired dachshund for a groom on Saturday. The girl on the phone said they didn't have any openings for that Saturday. I asked about the following Saturday and she said "yes, we can do that" and booked me for 11am on 5/18. So I drive from Papillon to Gretna with my 16.5 year old dachshund only to be told that they don't have groomers on Saturdays. Ever. And there was no appointment on the books. Instead of lying to me, just be honest and say you don't have Saturday appointments. Ever. Now I'm scrambling to find an alternative. I could have been calling around last week instead of on a Saturday when every other groomer is busy. Soonest appointment I could find anywhere else is June 15th. I know this shop has had issues with keeping groomers. Steavie, if you see this, please message me. You've been the only groomer that has successfully clipped my lady dog's nails.
