Wow, I wish I would've looked at the 1 Star reviews for the past 2 years! How do they stay in business? My husband has always driven a Hyundai & had all the repairs done at the dealership. Well, not anymore! We're done with this dealership & the rip off mechanic repairs. We took our 2016 Hyundai Elantra in for a new transmission after 120,000 miles. $4,000 for a rebuilt with 1 year warranty. After 8 months it started to slip again. We had to wait 4 weeks to take it in. They blamed it on a cracked front bumper that cracked the transmission fluid box. They sent pictures. There is no scrapes or scuffs on the box or sub frame. Our insurance wouldn't even cover the repair with this non-sense! They said we would have to pay another $4,000 for another rebuilt transmission. We asked to talk with the manager. We were told they would put on a new fluid box & run a diagnostic test to be sure the transmission was good. Why wouldn't they run a diagnostic test the 1st time to be sure the transmission wasn't good when they told us we have to pay $4,000 again for another rebuilt? They called us the next day to say it's still not working. At this point we're not getting it fixed, but have to pay $800 for the fluid box (they can't put it back in the box) & $250 for the diagnostic test. They're terrible for not covering their warranty! My family will never come here again.

Dealership has terrible sales people, they are overpriced ( probably have to pay for all that overhead they have with the new dealership) and overall sales people were very unfriendly. Sales person got snippy with me because I told them I was going to price shop. If you want to get ripped off I suggest you only shop this one place. Woodhouse in general has gone way downhill......

Hyundai sucks at oil changes been here for two hours over an hour from when my appointment was going to start. Why make an appointment if you still can't get it done on time.

I tried to purchase a vehicle from Derek Ray at WoodHouse Hyundai. In addition to the dealership apparently writing up their vehicles $3000 over MSRP, I was treated rudely by Derek. I understand the market is different then normal but you never forget the markets can change but customer service will always get you a sale. I hope the Management looks at these reviews and helps improve their sales experience.

They tried to get me to pay for a engine refresh kit $480.00 even though it was covered by a manufacturer warranty. My car was out of gas and absolutely filthy and I noticed a massive scratch all the way through the paint on the A pillar. This place is an absolute rip off.

They really took care of me. I bought my car on the far side of Iowa and needed a dealership closer to home for the recommended service maintenance. They put my mind at ease and explained each step of the service they did. Nice clean and fairly comfortable waiting area, and i was in and out pretty quickly.

My wife and I went to wood house even after we read the other reviews to give them a chance. All the negative reviews were spot on.Our sales rep was Ben and he has been with the company for 5 years and was not knowledgeable. After waiting for him to bring two different cars that we didn't request to see and he couldn't find the model we wanted, Ben had to have his manager assist in the search. Finally, they found the car after three attempts.Once we looked at the car and test drove it, my wife and I decided to sit down and negotiate a deal to buy the car. We made an offer and Ben went to his manager to discuss and when he returned Ben stated "we are too far from making a deal" and never gave us a counter offer to work with. He said they would be adding around $3,000 above MSRP just to start. He stated that they add the additional money on top to keep out of towners away so us local folks can take advantage of a good deal. It was the most ridiculous attempt to sell a car that I had ever seen. We told Ben we wouldn't give another offer when he asked for one because we aren't here to bid against ourselves. We found the model we wanted later that day for $7,000 below their price. Thank you for pushing us away.

Don't go here to buy a Hyundai. They add a market adjustment to the price and are inflexible on trade in negotiations. Will never go back.

22 months ago Woodhouse Hyundai replaced the motor in my 2015 Elantra due to a recall. Three days ago the car was having issues and I had it towed there. Low and behold the radiator hose and clamp failed (which was not noticed by the service people at Woodhouse Quick lane a week ago) and now the 2 year old motor is destroyed. Called the dealership and they said that over time clamps and hoses fail, but those clamps and hoses were less than 2 years old and I assumed were checked each time I took it in for maintenance at Quick Lane. Now I'm stuck with a $12,000 bill for a car worth only $7,000 and both Quick Land and Woodhouse Hyundai are saying that it's not their fault, things just happen.
