I really like this dealership. The service that I've had with Jake in sales and Carreo in service has always been extremely helpful, kind and quick. When I went to look for cars, they offered help in finding the right one that fit my needs and my budget. The signing process was smooth. When I returned to get a replacement key fob, was also a smooth and quick process. When I've needed to drop my car off for service, they've had awesome loaners that I didn't want to give back, haha. the one thing I'd say is a miss with this location are the amenities, any other car dealership I've been to there's at least coffee and some snacks while you wait if you're in the service department but here they have only a vending machine so you have to buy your own and a small area to wait. Not a huge deal because I'd rather have good service and friendly and helpful sales, but it is an important point when you might have to be at the dealership for a while.

Third time I've brought my car in for the same issue. Twice the issue hasn't been repaired. I have had to jump through an enormous amount of hoops to not have my car repaired, that I purchased brand new. The amount of work that they put into getting me to purchase a car was phenomenal the amount of work that they're putting in to fix my keys is abysmal. To make matters worse the service people are extremely rude. I have a warranty and a 100$ deductible. I offered to pay half the deductible and the service manager became even ruder. Service your vehicle anywhere besides Woodhouse they have gotten a little to big.

Can't get a better dealership or nicer people than there are at Woodhouse Ford in Plattsmouth, Ne. Mitch Franzluebbers helped us get our dream vehicle for a very low price. We couldn't ask for better. Not only did they treat us great, they entertained my 4 year old daughter while we signed papers. What a great group of people! Thank you Woodhouse and Mitch! We couldn't have asked for more! Highly recommended!

We purchased a used truck from this dealership. They were very dishonest about the condition of the truck. We have had nothing but problems with it and are extremely dissatisfied with our purchase. The salesman Jesse, who sold us this truck should be ashamed of himself for his dishonesty. I advise anyone to steer clear of this dealership at all costs.

We were struggling in a parking lot installing some wiper blades when luckily Brian, a Sales Manager from Woodhouse was parked next to us. He then helped us install them in the rain and recommended us to stop by a Woodhouse service department to tighten our wiper blades before our drive back to Colorado. A good deed doer! Thank you Woodhouse!

By far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Jake Becker has been an outstanding salesman for our multiple purchases through them. Their new showroom and service department are just great! Staff is always friendly and non threatening like most dealerships are.

I purchased 3 automobiles. One was used. It was for my college aged daughter. After the deal was made the finance guy presented me with a beautiful brochure for an extended warranty for the used car. I thought it might be a good idea so I paid $4500 for this 5 year warranty on that covered a huge list of things. 2 years later there was a problem with suspension which by reading the brochure you would think was covered. The minute I got the car to Woodhouse to use my extended warranty the games started. We were told that the tires were the wrong size for the car-sorry warranty will not cover. Same tires on car when purchased. Then they wanted documentation of all oil changes. I decided that I wanted to cancel extended warranty and get refund on unused portion. I was sent back and forth between Woodhouse and The Warranty company. Warranty Solutions over and over again to collect the unused portion of my warranty. I believe that this warranty company does everything they can to avoid honoring your warranty. They send you on wild goose chases, the warranty has "catch all" fine print, they also claimed that the car was driven after the problem presented itself, warranty disqualified. They claimed the car was driven in a rough and unreasonable manner. I feel that Woodhouse went to a lot of effort to sell me this warranty and I hold Woodhouse responsible for this fraudulent warranty. By the way. Woodhouse position was that it wasn't in any way their problem or their responsibility to do anything regarding the warranty and to pretty much get out of their face about it.

DO NOT BUY FROM WOODHOUSE FORD SOUTH. I bought a used truck from them in 2021, after multiple repairs and leaving me stranded multiple times I decided to trade my truck in on a newer one. At the new dealership they showed me the carfax on my current truck and revealed that it had significant damage reported to carfax that WOODHOUSE never told me about. Now it's costing me thousands in trade value. The manager was extremely rude and unkind. The salesmen and manager will lie straight to your face and stab you in the back the second you turn around. I say again, DO NOT BUY FROM WOODHOUSE FORD SOUTH.

Took my truck in for 100k mile maintenance, told them I thought the water pump was going out and to please look at it while they had it there. They changed the fluids and said it was good to go... 1 week later the water pump went out. Went to the parts department to get a new LED taillight and the part didn't work and they wouldn't take it as a return. So I would highly recommend getting service and parts from anywhere but this location.

The service manager at Woodhouse Ford was very rude and vindictive after he threatened to have my 2013 Ford Escape towed to the city impound lot after telling me I could leave it there until I figured out what I was going to do with the vehicle that they said needed a motor. It only has 77k miles and is 4 years old. So much for Ford quality! Apparently the timing chain broke and since it is an interference motor, it wrecked the head and cylinders. They even blocked my vehicle in so I couldn't tow it. I will never do business with Woodhouse Ford again. Ever!
