5/5 Stars - Woodhouse Ford of Omaha 72ndI didn't even purchase my car here, but the team at Woodhouse Ford of Omaha 72nd has gone above and beyond in fixing and maintaining my vehicle. Their customer service is top-notch--they never complain about anything and always keep me updated on the status of my repairs. They complete the work efficiently and deliver excellent results every time. Highly recommend!

If I lived here, this is the shop I would use. I came in to have my bumper checked for damage and reattached from a minor (mostly cosmetic) incident with a parking bumper. While at it, I asked that they check the low tire pressure indicator and fluid levels. Stephen took exceptional care of my car and answered all my questions. Turns out the potholes here cracked the rim causing air to escape from tire. Thankfully they didn't just add air and send me on my way, but looked deeper for the cause of the air loss. Sealant was added to get me to the repair shop. Stephen researched, called ahead, got me an estimate and made an appointment, knowing I wanted to get back on the road ASAP. Although only there for just over an hour, Stephen gave me text updates as well as verbally telling me status and scheduled finish. Fluids were topped off free of charge and a free Carwash given to have my car looking less neglected (bug free). The charge was only about $30! The entire process was painless and actually enjoyable, despite the delay in my travel day (God had other plans for me today). The lobby area was nice and comfortable. They have a gourmet type coffee machine and popcorn machine to keep you refreshed. There's also a tv for distraction while you wait. All around, this was not what I wanted my Monday to look like, but I'm glad God sent Stephen and Woodhouse Ford to take such good care of this driver a long way from home.

I came here to get a pre-purchase inspection and they were extremely helpful. They printed off the entire service history they had on the vehicle as the owner had bought it from them, which was really nice. I highly recommend them!

We tried to buy a car from this dealer. It was a vehicle in high demand. No problem, we put down a security deposit to reserve one that was due to arrive shortly.After the car was due to arrive, we get a call that says some other dealer sold it off the truck, so our car is gone. Not to worry, they said they had a different color on the lot. Have you ever heard of anything so shady? Furthermore, when explaining what happened to another dealer, they informed us that the system is set up so that can't happen. Whatever, all we know is our car was sold to someone else.If they care so little about customers that put down a deposit, we are inclined to take our business elsewhere.

Scam alert!! Went in and looked at a Ford Bronco sport. Was told they wanted 5k above sticker for the one on the lot or they would give it for MSRP but I'd have to wait 10 weeks - 6 months because they'd have to order it. I really hope people price shop around because I got the exact same suv for MSRP across the river at McMullen Ford. I hope I can find a way to report this dealer to Ford so they can start taking away their vehicle allocations.

They have a very professional staff. My experience led me to believe that they are honest with integrity and consideration for the customer giving options to reduce costs. Austin Snow, the dealership representative, was terrific. I would recommend them to anyone. I love the 2025 Ford Explorer.

I took my car in because the car wouldn't turn on and the dash board was giving me many messages. These "professional" mechanics told me to then take it to a dealership because there was trouble with the wiring and there was something preventing the car from being able to recieve power. The car just needed to replace the battery. I can see on their website that they provide battery services but they couldn't complete the service from me. Very disappointing and very inconvienent due to the fact that the car had to be towed to them AND be towed to a different dealership. Seems like the only thing their good for is simple oil changes.

I was hoping for more.... The offer on my car was very, very low. Wish I wouldn't have wasted everyone's time.

I came into this business to look for a part I needed for my car. How original right? I didn't bring my VIN or insurance card for my car but the older man at the desk was more than willing to look around in the system to check for the parts I was needing. I came in on a Friday and the man informed me that he wouldn't be able to put in the order for the part until Monday anyway. He proceeded to tell me that I was welcome to come back anytime before or during Monday to give him my VIN and ensure that we order the correct parts for my car instead of ordering something blindly online like other shops would only for me to have to return the parts later. I appreciated his service and positive attitude even while I was missing basic information That I failed to bring.

Such a scam. Went in to get a couple of things fixed, they requested my payment after they had " fixed " everything, I went to check to make sure everything was good and they had done nothing. Expected thousands of dollars for 0 repair, not even kidding. Once I showed them that it was in the same condition, the man sighed and rolled his eyes. They left parts on the floor of my car when I picked it up for the last time, bolts, plastic, etc. You would be better off with a broken car then to attempt to get it fixed here.
