I've never had a bad experience with Woodhouse Buick. Service staff is always helpful,friendly, and they are as accommodating as they can be to your time and needs. Had an appointment for Monday for my brakes but they started sounding really bad after just having them fixed. I called on Friday and Jeff got me into the shop on Friday after school pickup. Super accommodating!

Stopped by to have a seat belt repaired and wow was I impressed! t's massive and looks like a european city inside, complete with an ice cream cart for the kiddos. There were lots of cars to check out inside, which is awesome, considering how HOT it was outside!All employes were super friendly and professional.They have it going on!!

If I could go to any other place to have my work done on my car I would. The customer service is poor at best. They are always attempting to up sell everything even when it's a basic oil change.

So, I got my car from this place and while the staff at Woodhouse is cool and got me where I needed to be I can say that they are fine but Sharp Image (the company detailer) is definitely not the place to get your vehicle cleaned or protected. They will do the bare minimum to clean your car and when they can't get a stain out of the carpets, they will spray paint them to look like nothing ever happened to it. The boss at this location doesn't do anything to fix the issues and treats his employees like complete trash! 0-10 for them, take your car elsewhere unless you want it trashed.

Buick associate did not offer to wear a face mask when I brought my car in for an oil change. Both my daughter and I were wearing masks when we arrived and no one at the dealership was wearing one. This was a very stressful interaction. Before picking up my car, I called the manager to understand how the location was protecting us from the virus. He stated that any associate who sees us approaching wearing masks should ask if s/he needs to wear one too. This would be reinforced before I returned. When I picked up my vehicle, (same day), the same associate approached and asked questions without a mask or offering to wear one -- which is company protocol (bc I was wearing a mask). I stopped the conversation to request he wear a mask before we continue. He obliged. I like our car (first Buick). So far no complaints about service. The lack of training and reinforcement of mask protocols - even after a call & offer to retrain - was disturbing & not appreciated. If this continues, this will be our last Buick.

Had an appointment for a week to get a recall issue fixed for the service person to LIE TO MY FACE and tell me he tried to get ahold of me but the rental car that we agreed upon that I needed because I gave them my personal car, don't have it. Avoid this place like the plague.

We went in to drive a few trucks and hopeful in buying. 1/2 the salesmen were busy with multiple shoppers, others, doing nothing. This was stated by one of the busy ones. Our salesman really didn't seem to care we were there. Did not offer to call us if the vehicle we wanted came in, didn't get our names, didn't offer his business card. It was all very strange! Not serious about selling apparently. Even also knowing we were looking for another vehicle in the near future. Did not care!!!

Gus Maiakis stepped in to help with our deal, as the salesman we had been working with took ill. Gus was great to work with and went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and cared for. All the staff we encountered the day we purchased our truck were friendly, professional and very welcoming. Great customer service !

What an absolute joke of a business. No communication at all on what's going on. I ordered a vehicle months ago and I have tried calling salesmen and the manager with no calls back. If my business was ran this way I would fire all of them. Horrible. Negative 5 stars for sure.

This should be a negative star. It was in the day a trusted business convergent with a highly respected service department.....that aspect has road away and down the highway.So if you thing Plaza Buick GMC means business as usual...it only presents a false positive. There is something to be said about independant dealerships, small businesses and private business. They built a reputation honesty and not on quantity of work.You can't knock on wood at this house for that.
