I took my car in for an oil change. The service mgr got in the car to drive it inside and had the remote door opener in his pocket. As he pulled in the door came down on my car and did some pretty serious damage to the roof and trunk. Their body shop was pretty backed up. They said they were 90 days out. They agreed to just buy my car outright for pretty close to retail. ( who knows what that number is in todays car market? ) Unfortunate but things happen. I was pleased with the way they handled the situation. The whole mishap was resolved in a week. I was able to replace the car with a new Lexus via a cash purchase from another dealer over the phone without the hassle of negotiating a trade.Thanks Kevin, this could have turned out much worse for me.

Do not come here ever!! If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. They have outrageous prices and gave me my car back in worse conditions then I gave it to them. I now have to pay more money to take it somewhere else to fix it because the mechanics lacked the knowledge to fix it correctly. Their customer service is rude and unapologetic for their mistakes. I should have known it was a mistake to take it there when the mechanic looked at me like I was an idiot when I was explaining what the problem was. Horrible service! Not worth the time and energy to even try it.
