WinnaVegas Casino Resort

We love to attend concerts here because they bring in national acts at a great price. The auditorium is spacious and they have a great seating. The hotel is very modern and very clean and the staff are fantastic to deal with. The only complaint I have is the flowers island buffet is only open on Thursday nights. we did eat at the Kasus Cafe and the food is good, but we were really looking forward to more choices. Our sandwiches were very good and the next morning we had breakfast, which is very good and almost too much to eat. The gambling machines are tight but most other casinos right now are tight. I suppose it is because they lost so much money during Covid. They are making up for it now. I enjoyed all the casinos before they started letting people smoke in them again!

Do not stop here! The place smells like smoke, the interior has not been redecorated since the last Huskers natty and we were told there was only a King room left when there were literally 5 cars in the parking lot. We get to the room to take a shower and the water is BROWN!! So nasty! We go to the restaurant but it is closed on Mondays We go to the casino and there are no dealers for any table games! There was nothing good I can say about this place- regardless of what day of the week it is!!

I went to the casino today (1/1/2019) for the first time in 10 years. I remember 10 years ago the place was a total dump, but it's pretty nice now! I was a little disappointed that sining up for a new rewards card didn't give me any free play or anything. I've never had a rewards card with them before and typically you get some free slot play or a free/cheaper buffet or something. The Hard Rock gave me $10 to the Rock Shop plus $10 free play and $5 to their FUEL cafe when I signed up with them. Bummer on WinnaVegas' part. I found a slot game that did very well for me! I played it for over an hour and left only $11 down. To me that's a pretty good visit. Free pop - nice. Coffee, too. And popcorn. And the popcorn is good! I didn't use the restrooms, but they did have their own cafe area and a sitting area that had giant TV's where you could sit and watch the game or just chill for awhile. I don't drink, but there are 2 bars. One is really small. I didn't notice any waitresses walking around so it looks like you have to get up and get your own beverages. Parking was great and there's a huge hotel connected. I'll be back again for sure. I enjoyed my afternoon.

The word "WIN" only applies to the sign. I don't really go into a casino thinking I'll come out rich, but I do like to get a little play time for my money. The casino itself was pretty clean. There were some machines that needed to be wiped down and sanitized. It smelled of smoke, as most casinos do. They do have a smoke free section if you prefer that. We had a salad and a burger from the little cafe that we thought were really good and reasonably priced We took advantage of a $15 RV parking spot. There are no frills, but it was clean and quiet and I've paid much more for less.

Since covid this place is absolutely awful!!! Take your money somewhere else! Pennies for winnersno free games or bonuses. All they are doing is trying to recoup losses from being closed. Hard Rock is the only local place to be

Had burgers once again last week at the Kayu Cafe inside the casino. Three of us went and we ordered: The burger, and two a patty melts. Excellent burgers all around, a 8 oz patty each, being very juicy. Fries are included and they were $6.00-6.50 each. Onion rings were crispy and decent. Definitely a great buy.

One of the worst places to eat they offer you free play but then there's a glitch in the system and they won't fix it they tell me I didn't play enough but then the very next month I go right back to the way I was the time before $20 in free play every two times a week talk to a hose she said that she called me back and let me know why you never does now she won't even respond to me yeah they want you to spend your money there but won't offer won't validate their offers and tell you that it's because you don't play enough well then why did I get it the next month since I didn't play there at all the whole month it's a joke all they do is take your money and never give nothing in return saying that their percentage of payback is over 90%, which is a lie it's just 90% back to the Indians if they do give you something they hurry up to you right back when you just like they always have

Went in earlier today in the afternoon, August 16th, 2019. Our order consisted of five cowboy burgers from the Kasu Cafe and a tray of fried chicken from the restaurant to take home, enough to feed the family.We got charged for the burgers but only received four and the tray of chicken was undercooked and with slimy breading, of which was falling off and dripping with grease. I chose a thigh and right after the first bite, I could taste blood. We called to complain, of course we were told by one of the workers that they would give us a call back. It is now after midnight and no one ever called. Total rip off, don't waste your money; not only do the staff act as though you're impeding on their time to stand around, they will ignore any and all complaints of shoddy service and product. Will be taking our business elsewhere and recommending no one else waste their time and money here.

They wont book any stays at the hotel and always say its booked. Its clearly not. Mondays are always the slowest in the casino industry. Something is up with this and I am suspect. I wonder if it is because I gave them a half assed review a while back. It could also be because my friend had a customer of theirs hit his truck while we were staying there and they caught it on film but wouldnt do anything about it; hence, name of people driving the car that did the damage. Yeah, call to book a room and it takes them about 4 or 5 min to tell me that yeah they are all booked up. Go figure.

Tried to find lodging in the middle of a blizzard, and was able to book a room online for our family. There were no other lodging options in the area with availability. After navigating treacherous roads for 4 miles in white out driving conditions, we were refused a room since the hotel's policy is that no children under 18 are allowed to stay on the premises. The website did not mention this at all, and the room was able to be booked with children listed. The manager, Michael was rude and demeaning. Even suggesting that we should "Get an Uber" if we weren't comfortable driving in a blizzard?!?! This business does not care for the safety of it's customers. They gave no thought to a way they could assist a stranded family. Absolutely unbelievable! No apologies, for the obvious flaws in their web design that put my family at risk!
