Window World of Lincoln

We have brand new patio sliding doors and they are wonderful! Window World has a great product. Although there was a glitch with the original installation, Ryder and Gabe came out and did an outstanding job of making it right!

Pretty rough, but happy with end resultOnly giving 5 stars because the installers (Ryder and Kane) truly did an exceptional job and we are very pleased with the quality/look of the products that we received (4 doors, 15 windows). However, it took 5 months from estimate to them being completed, mostly due to misordering on the office end (I was told that person no longer works there). 6 items were ordered wrong on the office side and the estimator didn't correctly write down a door we specifically wanted. However, Ryder has great customer service skills and kept us very in the loop through the install process which made everything much more smooth. Although lots of patience was required (and the installers aren't really morning people), the end result is wonderful and we would use them for future work.

Theodore was great. He does a professional job and is very careful about not leaving a mess. It took him a while to do my windows because he installed them by himself but he did them right.I was disappointed that Window World did not call me and tell me about the reason for the delay. My windows were to be installed at the end of July and I just got them done, October 6. A call should have been made explaining why. Keep your customer informed!

Absolute worst customer service, measurement accuracy, and follow through on their products. Have ordered windows twice from this company, to give them a second chance, but will not be ordering again. The first time, the measurements were off, they had to cut into my bedroom walls and cut the window stool off with only 1" left (when starting out it was a 5" lip to set plants on). My blinds, which were dark out blinds had to be cut and altered due to the window being more in-set. So as a corrective measure - they supposedly sent out a guy that did installs to measure my 2nd set of windows so that way there would be no problems - after showing up 2 hours late and completing the job 5 hours after it was supposed to be completed, my blinds will not go back in the window and they had to leave the job unfinished. The blinds are again, black out and cost more than the window. I called the office at 4pm and the boss is gone and cannot get back to me until tomorrow.
