The daycare decided to listen to my son's father whom I have a protection order, and take me off the account despite being responsible for payment. They were insulting on the phone and the owner hung up on me after I simply asked for her e-mail and fax in order to get a copy of the bills so I knew what I was paying. They have never helped my son when he's gotten bullied there. This is the worst daycare experience I've ever had. They tried to tell me I needed a court order to even talk to them and lied and told me my son was on a field trip when he wasn't, just to get me to leave.

My kids was in their center and I have to say the owner and the staff are terrible. Most of their staff are high school students with very few experiences to save operation money. The staff are very rude they are not careful to the kids and the owner are even worse. I talked with the owner a couple time the couple are so rude just and it seems like they take our kids as hostages. The classroom are old in disgusting condition. Fortunately I had my kids moved to other daycare center. You should avoid this place.

We don't have any good thing to say about this day care. It was very mechanical. When you leave your child with someone, you want someone who would make her feel loved. Most of the teachers are very young, around 16 or 17 and I never got that sense there. There are too many things to note down. First and foremost, there are too many children in one room. They combine 9 to 10 month old children with 4/5 year olds. My daughter was bitten everyday. We didn't even get incident report for it. Everyday she had a bite mark. It was only after showing the bite mark, we started getting incident reports. After a week of getting bitten, director talked to us but she is always in a haste and made us feel like we were taking too much of her time. We started looking for other day care right after then. They stopped combining bigger kids with toddlers after that but the age range is still large. Also, we never got good answers or someone to listen to when trying to ask how was her day and her daily activities. Most of the times the answer is, its on her sheet. that's it. She came home dirty and unhappy. Second big thing is they kept saying she was sick and was fussy all day but when we got her home, she was all happy. I'm not sure if she wasn't getting enough food or something that upset her at day care. A friend of mine had same issue, they called her up saying her boy was fussy and the reason was he wasn't given his bottle. She got her son out too. I wish I hadn't waited that long.We are so glad we moved her out of there and she is so much happier!! Parents beware, it may seem ok when you take the tour first but we were not a bit impressed with day to day operation. I'm definitely not recommending this place to anyone else.

Everything had been great in the two years we've been here. Then the good teachers started leaving (still not sure what caused that but I have a feeling it had to do with the poor management). On NYE they had a pipe burst and there was water everywhere. Instead of doing the right thing they stayed open to continue to collect their money. Carpets were wet and the building smelled terrible. Finally the health department shut them down. They tore up the carpet and got rid of the fans that were not child safe. Then reopened. They didn't address the mold. They will lie straight to your face and tell you there's no mold but upon being in my daughters classroom I was coughing and got a serious headache after only 15 minutes. They still had CHILDREN in these conditions. On a cold hard dirty concrete floor nonetheless. The family that runs this place is corrupt and they do not care about the well being of the kids there. Now that their good teachers are leaving they just hire anyone off the street. It's going downhill fast and several parents have reported them to the state. Please do not take your kids here. It's not safe.
