If you want someone you can trust you need to call Wiestar and Especially Justin Michales!! I needed a tow and called my roadside assistance and long Story short, he watched over my car for me throughout the night! He was given the wrong phone # to call by Roadside assistance! I didn't know until I called them the next morning and another lady figured it out! He told me he had watched over it due to some activity in the area! There are still some kind people with Great Customer Service skills out there! Thank you so much Justin Michaels! I appreciate You!

I tried to pay for a tow, but this company refuses to accept any personal checks or swiped credit cards, they only will accept manually entered nunbers. The service is ok, the accounting sucks.

This towing company is probably the worst I've ever encountered. If there was a zero-star option on yelp, I'd pick that. My friend got her car towed, which is normal. When she went to pick it up, the workers were incredibly disrespectful of her. They mocked her, sneered at her, and laughed while she was trying to start her car (which wouldn't start after going to pick it up). The most unprofessional behavior I have ever witnessed from a business goes to Wiestar Towing. I think they would benefit from some more respectful employees. Towing is a hassle for people to begin with, so being courteous to others makes the process ten times easier. It costs $0 to be a decent person.

Wiestar really helped us in a time of need- we were stuck out on I-80 in the middle of the night and after getting patched through via the State Patrol, Wiestar Towing came to our rescue and drove the two of us plus our dog and luggage to a hotel near where we needed to get the car serviced. We could not get any other towing company to answer its phones, even Capital, which is supposed to be 24-hour-service. Wiestar really came through for us in a pinch and didn't overcharge, either.

My sisters and I had to fly in from out of state due to serious family illness in January in a blizzard. Rental car got stuck, called AAA. They said 4 hours min, called several tow companies, no help, called Weistar. Even though the driver was also stuck, when he got out he came right over and winched us outBest service ever in all my 40 plus years. Of driving. Thanks guys!!!

It is literally their job to work with people to figure out how to get their car back when they typically don't know it's been towed. We have been waiting on the company to answer the phone when they knew it was ringing. They then continued to cuss us out and call us inappropriate names when all they had to do was say the address of where to go. Prime Place uses this towing company and it is not good quality and they are not nice to their customers, would never recommend.

Worst experience I have ever had with a business! My car got towed from my spot in my apartment complex. When I went to pick up my car they informed me that it was because I had no parking sticker. I unlocked my car and found my sticker in the backseat of my car. Then they got rude. They told me they could do nothing, and that it would be $205 cash only. They continued to be rude, and tell us that we were wasting their time. We paid the amount because the conversation was going nowhere. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US A RECEIPT or any documentation of the towing. We called their main manager to complain about how we were treated. We were then told "that's just their personalities." SHOCKED APPALLED
