First of all the last person that wrote a review . I'm sorry things didn't work out for you in the way u had hoped . However our starter kits have a 7 day warranty on the battery and a two day warranty on the atomizer . Every thing is checked by staff before it is sold making sure that works. Also our customers are always given the receipts and told this information as well as how to use and take care of the e-cigs. Sincerely mangers at wicked smoke .

I downloaded the Yelp app, made an account, and went through the pain of confirming my email, logging in, and finding this place on yelp just to give this place 5 stars. This store is beautifully set up. They have just about anything you need when it comes to tobacco. Their stock of alcohol could be buffed up a bit, and their cigars are a little pricy for what they have (whose aren't though), but they are very well stocked in other products. I don't know why the other review on here is so low but every interaction I've had with the staff has been very friendly an helpful (even at their busiest times). Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Wow! I didn't realize they kept track of my purchases of cartons of cigarettes. I come in and normally purchase a carton every 4 days for me and my wife. I was chastised by coming in so often by same clerk. Little girl shaming me. Ok I wont go back and get my cartons elsewhere. Now I come in there and purchase a carton after two weeks thinking that enough time has gone by so that I wouldn't get shamed for being in there so much.Now I purchase a carton, two Miller Beers and a sharps can. She goes to package my purchases and put them in a paper bag. I ask for a plastic bag and she has a fit and proceeds to give me a lecture about how she wont survive if we keep polluting the planet and that I don't care because I m so old. But she does.Wow! Where did you get this radical? And don't you realize she is driving off business?I dont know her name but what a downer.

If you want friendly service this isn't the place to go. Find a better store to spend your money at and I guarantee you'll leave happier.

The worst shopping experience of my life. First she wanted to scan my ID. Then left me standing at the counter for a half an hour with no help. After she rudely managed to get a vaporizer out I asked her where you put the tobacco or weed (I was buying if for my daughter in Colorado). Then she kicked me out. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal the entire time I was in the store.
