Westroads Mall

We have been taking our children on the Animal rides for 2 years now. It is nice, to see the rides are getting a fresh look. The new gentleman (his name slips my mind), working there is very professional, kind, and clean. The whole place seems cleaner, and the new staff, are very helpful and kind. We thought it important to share this with the mall," powers that be". It is the stores and attractions, like the animal rides, that make your mall very enjoyable and one of our favorite Saturday activities. Our children simply, love going to the mall and riding your animals. Thank you,Dr. Cordie & family.

Westroads Mall used to be the go-to spot for us back in middle and high school and I loved coming here. It's been a while since my last visit, and while I know indoor malls are becoming less popular, I feel like Westroads just isn't quite the same anymore. I will say that they still have some great name-brand stores like Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret and Vans, making it a convenient place for holiday shopping. However, some of the newer stores don't have the same appeal, and the overall atmosphere has changed a bit. The crowd can feel a little sketchy at times, especially after past events, and the reduced security presence makes me avoid coming here late at night. On the bright side, the food court still has a great variety, and that's something I love about this mall. it's one of the last few indoor malls in Omaha, and it has a uniqueness that makes it stand out despite the changes.

Today I had to return a pair of pants to Old Navy... The pants still had the tags on them and I had the original receipt... The receipt was 1 day over the 30 days... So they refused a refund or an exchange... 1 DAY OVER... HILARIOUS... Old Navy (customer service) call center is worthless... I guess trying to please the customer isn't one of Old Navy's strong points... I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN...

I feel sorry for the mall era. They are dying one by one, which is sad, but that's just how it will be in the digital age. This mall gives me 90s vibes. There aren't many people who shop here anymore, which is sad. I walked in and it felt like an abandoned mall.

The suit was tailored perfectly...as a rush order! We were very pleased with the end results ...they were extremely helpful and tapered the legs to perfection! Shot out to their excellent customer service at Von Maur!

This is one of the very few indoor malls still left in Omaha, NE. During the evenings, it could be a bit more dangerous to be shopping here due to the wrong crowd coming in to look for problems. Security was not present in the early hours here but the crowd was very sparse and parking was not an issues. The mall overall is well-maintained and clean. The restrooms are also well-maintained, especially near the food court. I do like how the food court is arranged, very classy and unlike other larger city malls in the States.

I've always enjoyed Westroads a place to work before picking up online orders, or grabbing a bite to eat and unfortunately Westroads has removed their public wifi which is unfortunate for myself and anyone wanting to take advantage of working in their many co-working spots. After almost 30 minutes of troubleshooting and attempting to work off other stores free wifis, I had to leave.

Beautiful large mall in Omaha with lots of great stores and restaurants. Bathroom are plentiful, and Covid Precautions in place. This mall is on 2 stories and has plenty to do for everyone.

I love this mall. The layout is a little confusing and finding an exit close to where you parked can be hard but it's definitely worth it. Every store we went to was reasonably priced and we will be going back there again. If you visit, make sure you take a picture of the map.

Great lively mall with lots of different kinds of stores. A cute play area for small children and fun car and firetruck stroller rentals that my daughter loves!
