In the words of John Ralphio Saperstein, this venue is "the woooooorst." No, actually this is an all-around terrible venue. It is so frustrating that they are allowed to keep selling 15k tickets to big name shows when they absolutely do not have the infrastructure to handle shows of this size. Let's break it down:Parking - it's hard to imagine a worse parking situation. If you are going to a crowded show, I hope you have set aside several hours before and after to park and/or get picked up. The line to get in to park is MILES long. This is not an exaggeration. We waited in line to get dropped off and finally got out and walked, and we still had to walk 1.5 miles to get to the venue. Additionally, if you're coming from Omaha they will close highway 6, forcing you to take a 20 mile detour loup to get to the venue (and then wait in a several hours long line.) It took us about an hour for our ride to pick us up after the show, and the parking lot was still full and a MESS.Food/Drink - There are not enough options and the lines are SO long. The water line is the same as the VERY long alcohol line.Bathrooms - All of the restrooms are at the top of the hill on one side of the venue. It is quite a treck in the dark for anyone on the other side of the venue.Venue - The quality of the venue itself is similar to that of a traveling stage, yet it's a permanent fixture. There is barely any service, yet many ticket services (e.g. AXS) require internet access to access your ticket. The entire audience area is a poorly lit giant hill. Sound-wise, unless you are super close to the stage the sound is not great or particularly loud - certainly not comparable to other large venues. It's a bummer that major artists keep booking this venue. There is not a single positive thing I can say about it.

Probably hands down the worst venue I've ever been too. Tickets said doors opened at 2:30. Got there at 2 and doors ended up opening at 4. Would have been cool to be notified of the change before having to sit in the car for that long... the line to get in was a mile long and getting into the parking lot was just completely stopped traffic. The parking and flow of cars was as if they venue had never seen a crowd of people before. It all seemed terribly handled.... probs won't return to any event if it's at this venue....

If there was a way to give this venue negative stars, I would. It is absolutely the worst performance venue in America. The first problem is access. There is only one road to get to the venue and it is a single lane dirt road that gets your vehicle filthy. Because the road is the only point of access the lines to get into the hilly grass parking area are literally miles long. We were stuck in a line that started almost 3 miles from the venue and it took us over three hours to move that distance. We missed the opening acts as well as part of the main artist's set. After you finally make it inside this pathetic excuse for a venue, you realize that the greedy owners haven't put a dollar into renovations since it opened 30 years ago. They still use port-a-potties and tents for food and drink. Once again, because the owners are extremely cheap, they have far too few of either to service the number of attendees and the lines for each literally take HOURS. Why any artist would subject their fans to such a poor experience is beyond me. Bottom line, regardless of who was playing there, and even if I had free tickets, I wouldn't return. Everyone should avoid this place like the plague. It is simply the WORST VENUE IN AMERICA.

The concert ended 90 minutes ago. We are still stuck in the parking area. No cars have moved. It's well after midnight and we just want to go home. Also multiple fights broke out waiting for the show to start

This was the worst venue I've ever been to. Parking was outrageous and disorganized. Even though event parking was free, one of the parking attendants attempted to charge a friend $10 and even tried walking away with $20 from them without giving change until someone else told them it was free parking. We missed the entire first act. The beer lines, three total, were all extremely long with average wait times of 45-75 minutes. Security was called to the lines as fights broke out because people were cutting the lines due to the chaos. The bathrooms were not located in a good spot and also had long lines. Nothing is worse than the fact that none of the food vendors were permitted to sell drinks. On a hot June night, I waited 60 minutes in a BEER LINE for a single bottle of water. This is a huge safety risk and I will never be back.

Was so excited to see my favorite band ever..... SHINEDOWN. Gates to the venue were supposed to open at 1 or 130 they did not let people in the gates until 430 after we had already lost our interest! Not to mention, we live almost 100 miles away! Waste of money and gas money! I believe customers should get complete refund! My husband, friend, and I got there at 12:00 and stood in line until 3:30 when we finally had to leave because our bladders were going to explode! There was one portapotty in our area that had its own line almost as long as the line to the gates! Was so disappointed in my experience. I will never buy tickets for another show here.
