This place is disgusting. We were greeted with nasty, stained carpet, yet we were told we couldn't bring our breakfast to our room. What, were we going to make the carpet dirtier? The sink frame is duct-taped together. The beds are rock hard. You can hear every move made in the room above us, and it sounds like the floors are cracking when they walk. The paint was slopped on, and I don't even know what the baseboard made of carpet is about. Run away from here, fast. One star is way too generous.

I was impressed to walk in and have hot dogs, pretzels, cookies, candy and drinks sitting there to take for free for the guests. They have a huge kitchen with a big breakfast including biscuits and gravy. The place is very quiet and you can't hear the traffic even though it is off the interstate. The guests are also quiet. The showers are large and room is cozy. They really want to serve you and make it a pleasant experience.

Was driving cross country and went on a travel website to check out my options out near Omaha, Nebraska...saw this place on a web site, was rated a 3.7 and the pictures looked ok....that's when everything took a turn for the absolute worst. I got to the hotel and when they don't have an elevator that's not a real good sign of things to come. So I was given a room upstairs...got my keys and went up...and what I walked into was terrible. Room stunk like mildew upon entering...it smelled like the underside of a jetty on a beach. The furniture looked like they drove around a neighborhood on bulk pick up day and took all the furniture they could find....and the bed was terrible. I thought I was serving a sentence when I went to lay down....I could've laid down on the asphalt in the parking lot and got a better nights sleep...and I was itching because the bed sheets I doubt were cleaned...the comforter was a thin piece of mystery material that stunk like it's previous place of use was on a homeless street person...the carpet had terrible stains on it...may have been blood...slept with my shoes on. Didn't want to make contact with the carpet directly...and don't get me started on the shower...the water pressure was non existent...i Pee with greater force...I'm bald and I couldn't get the soap out of my hair. My advice to y'all...pass by Council Bluffs....keep going to the next town!

We stayed at this hotel last night, not arraving til late because we were traveling cross country. My daughters, ages 12 and 15, were sitting on the bed, when they pulled back the comforter there was human feces on the blanket with paper towels stuck to it as it looked like someone was trying to clean it up. It was 1 AM and I was sleeping so my children slept on the floor. In the morning when this was brought to the managers attention, I was scolded as to not informing them of the incident so they could give me a new room. It was very late and I was exhausted, they could not offer me a refund because I paid through hotels.com. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The nastiest place I have ever stayed at. Pillowcase had black spots on it and I took it down to front desk they said "some times the maids don't change the sheets " then gave me clean sheets to change my own bed. Top sheet was torn a bit but clean. Toilet seat was chipped, stains on carpet it was pretty bad. Do not recommend staying here unless a cookie is more important than a clean room.

This is a value play for a roadside hotel. It was quiet with dated but clean decor. I enjoyed chatting with the friendly staff all of whom spoke English natively which is refreshing these days. Beds are hard but the pillows were soft. Shower was new and clean. No issues with hot water or AC. Hdtv worked well and our son enjoyed the small indoor pool. No hot tub for adults though.

I will define be staying here every time a cruise through. It had a good vibe and was affordable and had everything I need without any extra frills.

Really dirty. There was a piece of candy on the floor when he came into the room. The breakfast is very mediocre. Just not well kept up.

This place has TOTALLY changed. All guests will have a credit card charge/deposit for over $200 because the current operators feel it is necessary. The rooms are marginally updated, with TV cables all over the walls. The pillows are flat, the tub is slow to drain. The water fountain cooler is broken. The breakfast is well below average, and two different desk clerks were (1)unresponsive (2) speak limited English and (3) are incredibly not helpful in such requests as a working hair dryer, a plunger for the tub, or local directions/information.

"You get what you pay for" Yes, you can save some money--but be prepared for TV to not work, no such thing as a shower, internet runs slow like a DINOSAUR , printer and computer do not work ! So if you need to print your travel information, it will not happen . OH, and NO elevatorBreakfast: Horrible coffee and some paste in a Slow cooker that is supposed to be gravy for your biscuits .Service:The icing that takes the cake is the manager and staff were all notified about how unpleasant our stay was, yet didn't attempt to remedy either situation! Swipe Right to another hotel if I were you
