West Pacific Dental Group

I was recommended to go to West Pacific dental group by a family member and immediately I found the staff to be very personable and helpful. I had just had a teeth cleaning but needed an occlusal guard for my teeth grinding and they surprisingly were over $200 cheaper than the office that I had previously gone to. They did a digital scan of my teeth with an instrument and sent my images out for casting. Unfortunately my first scan didn't produce a great fitting guard so they had it remade twice so that it was a perfect fit. I ended up needing to do a re-scan but when I got it next time it fit great! I really appreciated that they were so committed to ensuring that I had the best fit possible. During my last fitting, I had to unfortunately bring my toddler with me for my most recent fitting and they were really kind about it and gave her a small things to play with while I was having my fitting.I look forward to making this office my regular for cleanings and all other dental needs!

Best dentist in Omaha. On Wednesday's they have this place humming. Very little waiting around for your appointment. They have multiple hygienists so you get the cleanings fast. Dr. Hogan is the best and you feel like he does not try to create problems or invent them. You can trust him. He has always been honest with me and wIll continue to come here every 6 months.

The dentist named Lyndsey is awesome but the dental assistant and front desk worker named Lori are very rude and condescending.I had to reschedule 2 appts and Lori spoke to me so rudely and told me I deserve it because I missed those 2 appts. After asking to be treated like a normal human being and telling her that I didn't deserve this treatment not will it be tolerated. She told me to go somewhere else then. Like I would ever go back there!The dental assistant shoved those plastic things in my mouth so hard I tasted blood. I told it hurt and she told me that there is always some pain. I told her I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYONE DRAW BLOOD AND CUT UP THE ROOF OF MY MOUTH LIKE THIS.AGAIN GREAT DENTIST!!!
