My wife and I have been sending our daughter here since she was 6 months. Immediately we felt welcome and that our daughter would be well taken care of. Claire the Director has always been attentive to our needs and you can tell she cares. I feel like the curriculum is a step up from other facilities and it is easy to keep track of her learning through the Tadpoles app. From my experience turnover is high in this industry, but this location has many of the same teachers throughout our time. The teachers that we interact with have all been wonderful and our daughter truly enjoys attending Kindercare. The facility also does a lot of extra activities like field trips, outside water play, and periodic carnivals. I'm even impressed that they hold parent teacher conferences.

My wife and I have been sending our son to west dodge kinder care for nearly a year now. We couldn't be happier with this facility. The tad pole app that they use to update us is great, we always get photos of our son throughout he the day, along with an end of day report that logs all naps, food and activities. The campus director Claire is amazing and always makes sure all the kids are taken care of. Each teacher that he had has always been caring and loving towards our son and all the other kids there. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in the Omaha area.

Don't go here. I've had friends drop out since they are indoctrinating children with wildly inappropriate concepts. You can imagine since their HQ is in Portland.

This facility has turned into a HUGE mess. Parents are getting daily emails asking to keep their kids home or threatening to not allow their kids in the door due to being at capacity. Meanwhile, they pay some of the lowest pay in the city for their teachers which is causing a staffing issue that they cannot solve, because they refuse to pay more. If you have any other options of day care, take the other option!

Something is not right. When a normally very happy 4 year old suddenly develops extremely high level anxiety. After only two weeks she was crying and begging not to go. She would cry the entire previous evening and become hysterical and beg "mommy please don't take me there" there's definitely an issue that deserves being looked into.
