Extremely friendly service, open until 6pm on weekdays so I can get there after work, and also open Saturdays.I've only had one repair there, but the cost was extremely reasonable. I hope I never have to have major body work, but if so, I'll go to Wayne's again.

Just did my mom's car and she doesn't yelp, actually people don't yelp that much at all in Lincoln Nebraska, we all know each other's business already, ha!But had to write a review on her car because she was so upset about it and they made her feel so at ease and were so kind to her, she said it renewed her faith in people.Thank you so much Wayne's! Very much appreciated, my whole family will come here now.

Hands down the best body shop in town! I stopped by to get an estimate for a dent and they offered to fix it right on the spot. Not even ten minutes later the dent was fixed, they gave me a free bottle of touch up paint, and would not let me pay for it. I offered several times, but they refused saying it was an easy fix. My door is as good as new and I can't even tell there was ever a dent there! I will be going back for now on for any future body shop needs and will be referring anyone who needs work done to go here!

absolutely terrible workmanship more doesn't work now then before it went in to Wayne's paint wasn't bad but not good either. they messed so much stuff up I was finding things wrong before I ever left the lot fitment of panels inside and out was terrible. they couldn't even figure out how to put battery in right. when I asked them to make it right, they simply told me to go to another shop because they were in over their head. manager was unwilling to make it right and was a liar and a dick because but it's ok for him to take my truck for 7 weeks and duck it up worse the before in went in. DO NOT bring your car or truck here if you care about it RUN

I had hail damage and this is a State Farm preferred shop so I took both my vehicles to them to have the damage fixed. Both estimates went up after they started work but State Farm authorized the increase. After my Kia was fixed I traded my Dodge Ram in order to get it fixed next. When I got my Dodge back the radio did not work and Shawn said bring it back they had to take the fender off to paint and they probably did not get the antenna plugged all the way in. I took it back and waited for them to fix it but Shawn came out to the waiting arear and said it was going to take a while due to the antenna being the problem but they would take care of it. I brought it back in a couple of weeks and left it with them and then I'm told its not the antenna but they googled it and found out its a chip in the radio that just went bad. I have been in the automotive business for over 45 years and I have heard and seen some terrible things in that amount of time but this is out and out fraud. They detailed the inside of both vehicles and I found more than one production tag blown out from my dash. One was on the steering column and the other two where on the floor. My expert opinion says they blew dirt into my CD and damaged the radio. I'm considered an expert because I have given testimony in a court of law against automotive fraud I have owned and sold a successful automotive repair facility and as I said before I have over 45 years of experience managing repair facility's and repairing all makes and models of vehicles. I plan on contacting State Farm and doing my best to have this shop removed as a preferred shop. I have never written a bad review in my life but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had please do not trust a repair facility that admits they diagnose your vehicle by googling it.

I have taken my car here multiple times and really feel like they overcharge. I often times have left after paying a great sum and then within the day i notice something else is newly broken. I have spoke to other people my age (college females) and they have had the exact same issue, they have taken their car here and have new problems after leaving. I was a loyal customer but it has been a couple too many times.

What a great experience! I went in for a dent/ scratch repair. Travis carefully looked it over and was able to buff it out. He was so careful and professional. Then he said "no charge"! Unbelievable!

Wow! What great-friendly service! I needed repairs done due to an auto accident, Wayne's handled the whole claim process seamlessly! They did a GREAT job on the repairs! AND! to my surprise.........they had washed my car, cleaned the tires and even detailed the inside of the car! Thank you Wayne's Body Shop for a great experience!

Wayne's really knows how to impress! I usually try to clean out the car before dropping it anywhere, but this time snuck up on me and I dropped it off full of kid yuck. When I picked it up, the body work looked amazing, as expected. What I didn't expect was for my interior to be spotless! Thanks, Wayne's!

Amazing work. Got a custom paint job on my motorcycle and it turned out better than I even imagined! Everyone that I've dealt with at either location has been extremely professional and nice. They've went above and beyond on everything. Would recommend it all family and friends
