Waspy's Truck Stop

Cleanest truckstop that I have ever been to!They have blenty of restrooms, gas pumps and even a truck wash for livestock trucks and more with plenty of spaces!Definitely worth a stop when we were on our way to the mud bogs in Gray, IA!

I'm a trucker this is the best truck stop I've ever been to. They have the best showers I've ever used at a truck stop, even better than most hotels I've been in. Bathrooms have heated floors their clean, great water pressure they have a full restaurant and bar and the food's really good. It's a new place the best part is the people I dealt with there are so friendly you don't find that much of truck stops anymore. It's right off Interstate 80 north of Atlantic Iowa about 15 miles North on Highway 71 . I go out of my way to go there

The restaurant is fantastic. We arrived an hour before closing and still had a wonderful salad from the salad bar, prime rib and hamburger steak were among the best we've had. Service was good and the restaurant has recently been renovated, all around an excellent choice!

Wind farm project owner out there making trucks move to where he wants them to be parked cow truck heaven over priced for what you get when they want you to have it bar open all the time restaurant closed most of the week not worth the time

Only had enough hours left to get to Des Moines and knew the truck stops would be booked up,so I turned north off of I-80 on Hwy 71 and went up to Audubon.This place is brand new, has a lot of easy parking, the food is great, the staff is friendly, they're currently building a huge repair shop and truck wash, the drivers lounge is really nice, and they have free showers and laundry whether you fuel or not.I was headed to the twin cities and it was well worth the detour.No, I don't know anybody here, this is a real review. I'll go ahead and skip trying to shoehorn my rig into a spot when I go this way from now on.

Waited over 35 minutes to get water Waitress was also the only bartender and bussed all tables in the bar- Was nothing she could do other than apologize over and over for the waitUNDERSTAFFED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT Finally got drinks at 45 min inFood arrived 57 minutes laterSalad bar was ok- many items were empty though-The italian dressing was very good along with the marinated mushrooms..Mac and cheese was goodHamburger steak was undercooked and not hotFries were good as was the riceTenderloin came out greatShrimp breading fell off all over and shells were still on half of them.. taste was goodwaitress was really sweet and took more criticism than she deserved ..for those reasons we will not return The owners bit off more than they could chew
