wow wow wow ! I was recommended by "the locals" to eat here... was just by myself and ate at the bar and felt very welcomed by Lori !Ordered the corned beef with jalapenos sandwich and was I a happy camper!!! THE BEST Rueben I've ever had !Highly recommend...for a good meal, good company, good prices !

They were hiring, so they were obviously understaffed. Having said that, they did have little signs on the table letting people know this, asking for patience, which was a nice touch. The waitress was working her butt off and knew the menu like the back of her hand. She was very friendly and quick and didn't rush people when they had questions about the menu. She is a great hire, and I hope is definitely appreciated by the owner . This is a great little hole in the wall place for a quick, delicious bite to eat. It's definitely worth the stop

My husband and I came into town to pick up farm equipment and found this restaurant on Yelp. You seat yourself which is okay. Restaurant is clean. Food is excellent. I got the Ribeye tips. Very very good We liked it so much we had lunch there the next day. Food is great! Service awesome. There was sign saying service maybe slow due to staffing but we were served quickly. I wished we lived closer as I would probably go every other day!!

Food is good but last time I went in they sat us and didn't come to our table, then when. We tried to go to the counter to order our food after 15 minutes, they said the kitchen is closed you have to get here before 8. We were there before 8 but they didn't take our order. They could have just said sorry guys we are just really busy tonight. But no they decided to waste 20 minutes of my our time while we were hungry.

Great stop!! Driving back to Illinois spotted this place.. always looking for cars in the parking lot. What a diverse menu, they even had a separate menu for lent. They told us they were understaffed but we were waited on quickly and food was brought out in a timely manner. My husband had the seafood salad with shrimp and crab, excellent!! I had the shrimp wrap. Also excellent! Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. Definitely be back when we drive through again. We loved all the pics on the wall and were seated ourselves. As i walked through the restaurant is much bigger than it first looks.

So so good! Everything my family and I got here was amazing! Lots of flavor and huge burgers! The mac and cheese was very creamy, good texture and filling. Very friendly people working here. Only downside is we weren't offered more fries even though they are unlimited but we could have asked as well so not a huge thing. We ordered a side of baked beans and it was a tiny container. It was good though! Thanks, we'll be back!

Food: Fantastic, very fresh eggs, and toast was some of the finest I've ever tasted. Plate was piled high, omelet stuffed with cheese! Service: could improve. This seems to be the type of place where if you aren't a regular and don't know the servers, you won't be attended to for quite a while. I'm very patient, but this was one of the longest breakfast waits I've experienced, from seating to ordering to waiting for the bill. Definitely took away from an otherwise wonderful breakfast experience.

A group of out of towners we very very hungry and we very impressed with the menu. They have everything. 5 in our group really enjoyed their meals but me and one other person were not happy. We were the only ones that ordered burgers. Honestly, it was just awful. If we hadn't been so hungry and taken it to go, we both would have sent it back. That thing had to have been precooked (hours or days in advance) and sat in a warmer for hours. It was so dehydrated I nearly choked. No seasoning that I could taste. It was beautiful though, good sized portions across the board. I would try it again but would never get or recommend a burger.

Love your smoked roast beef sandwich, and my boyfriend said that your Ruben sandwich was the best one he has had. Was my second time there and won't be my last.
