The best Banh mis in town! They catered for our personal events and work events and have been so great to work with, everyone always raves about the sandwiches!

I'm always a fan of any pho spot so I had to give this place a try. Sadly there were no vegetarian options on the menu so we were getting ready to leave when they told us they offered the tofu noodle bowl which ended up being really good with the peanut sauce. The Pho was also very good and they offered many different variations. I am very happy to have stayed and can't wait to go back!

Second time coming here and it was soooo delicious! We got the banh minh bbq pork, vermicelli with grilled pork, spring rolls and egg rolls. Everything tasted great and our server was very nice :)

The Bun Bo Hue and Vung Tau is AMAZING. I went last weekend after being recommended by a friend. The restaurant had plenty of tables so there was no wait even during a busy lunchtime.Bun Bo Hue-This has been the best Bun Bo Hue in the Midwest. The savory pork/beef broth combined with the various cuts of beef, pork feet and blood cubes made the dish great. Typically, this dish is served extremely spicy; however, I had to ask for additional chili pepper oil after it initially came out with minimal spiciness.Overall, I am impressed with Vung Tau. They are my go-to location for Bun Bo Hue. I look forward to returning to try other dishes on their menu!

We came here for the first time, just want to try out Vnese food in town, so surprised that the food here was so good, beyond expectation. Our Server was very sweet and kind, he showed us a few good places to try while we stay.

Lincoln's best family owned Vietnamese place. Pho broth is rich, veg garnish is always fresh. Casual environment with attentive staff. Love their grilled pork and rice platter. Not giving 5 stars because the environment is okay but not fabulous

Our first time here and have not been to many of this food places. Experiment day. I like what we had of variety. Spring Rolls were largest I've ever had and wrapped in what appeared was rice paper. Not real sure that. Didn't realize my main would be a soup, but was very good. My primary reason here was for rice noodles, which I have never tried. They were very good. Many pasta types don't have a lot of specific flavor. Same with these. But I liked. B wasn't as enthusiastic about this experiment/experience.

Best pho in Omaha/Lincoln area! What else is there to say, why does yelp make me leave an essay as a review, the place was really really really good.

I'm a Vietnamese food snob from the Bay Area where there are hundreds of Pho places. I was really surprised by how good this place (in Lincoln Nebraska!) was. Kudos to the broth.
