Recently switched to this vet. We had heard so many great things so we made the move.Couldn't be happier! The staff is very friendly and helpful, facilities are clean, they are cost conscious for clients... the don't push unnecessary things.Highly recommended!

Don't bother going to this vet unless you are dripping with money! I show up in a old truck, I get "ass-dragging" service. If your older and drive an expensive car u will get helped before you can get into a parking place. Plus it ridiculous that you still have to wait in your car to get helped! COVID numbers are down, so it's got to be a power trip. We started to come here years ago when the staff cared. Now it all just a money grab. Go at your own risk. You've been warned

My puppy is by far the orneriest doodle in the world, because of this, I was terrified about how our first trip to the vet would go. Turns out our trip to the vet went as smoothly as possible and it's all thanks to the friendly and helpful staff! When we first walked in we were greeted by the biggest smile from one of the ladies behind the desk. They were all set up and ready for us and the whole visit took about half as long as I thought. Not only were they speedy and organized, the doctor was also very helpful and explained everything he was doing while he was checking my dog, he also gave me so many helpful tips to keep her a happy and healthy puppy. I will definitely be visiting Vondra's for all of my future dog care needs, as well as recommend everyone I know to the helpful, friendly staff at Vondra's. Thanks Vondra!!!

Recently visited this clinic with my friend's good boy and was very impressed with the staff that greeted and treated us. All 3 professionals were very engaging and detail orientated in asking questions and going over notes my friend sent along. Teddy was very well taken care of with lots of attention given to making him comfortable while getting the work done. I've been to plenty of clinics over the decades with my own dogs and if I currently owned a pupper I would be bringing them to Vondra Vet Clinic.

Initially pet care was very good until we experienced issues with our dog which required ongoing care. Calls weren't returned when medication levels seemed inappropriate. Biggest concern was waiting for callbacks or just no call back. It wasn't just one time, it was frequent over several months. Staff was very friendly, vets were nice but if you needed your questions answered later, good luck! When I complained I was told they were busy and just to basically move on...and what did I need. I couldn't take it anymore, and left. I own three beautiful pets that I love dearly. And I pay handsomely for their care and expect better service. We all work hard for our money especially now in these times. These pet prices no matter where you go are expensive. Communication on your pet is vital to their health. I'm sorry that they didn't view that as being important.

took my golden doodle to be grooned. She's 11. She had a melt down. They eventually calmed her down and got her groomed. Later on in the day the staff reached out to me asking if she was okay. awesome folks there. I highly recommend them

On Tuesday, we could tell something was not right with our 11 year old Boxer. On Wednesday morning, it became more apparent that he needed attention that day. I called the office just before 10:00 am on Wednesday and spoke to someone that lacks compassion and empathy. I explained what was going on and was told that the clinic was full for the week and no appointments were available. We could get an appointment for next week or he "might" be able to get in on Thursday or Friday as a drop off and would be checked on sometime during the day when someone had a chance. I explained again that our Boxer was ELEVEN years old, lethargic and not eating. This should be a red flag!! Even at 11, he is still energetic and spunky. Again, same answer. Luckily, I found a clinic that sticks to compassion for animals and their humans. Unfortunately, we got a diagnosis of likely hemangiosarcoma before Wednesday was over. On Thursday, we spent the day at Kansas State vet school for further testing so that we could make our decision of comfort care during the little time we have left with him. I would give ZERO stars if possible.
