Volcanic Peppers

If you are a condiment collector (who needs shoes or purses) and love the flavorful hot sauce (not just head, but actual flavor) you NEED TO VISIT THIS PLACE.Not kidding. They have a table sampling their 20+ hot sauces, ranging from mild to super hot. Medium brings the heads. But OMG, the flavors are amazing. My favs thus far include the curry flavored hot sauce, pickle hot sauce, sweet hot honey, and sambal. I've been a fan of their medium salsas, available at HyVee, but have been making a special trip to Bellevue to stock up on their sauces and dry spices. So good that I took a selection to my condiment loving family in Chicago - went through three bottles in three days. Anyone can do a hot sauce, but a true master artisan makes a hot sauce that has layered flavored nuances and it's SO good. Prices range from $4-$10+ depending on what you get, but totally worth the investment to amp up any meal you have. Do I have a bottle in my purse right now? Maybe. Don't judge.

I love this place. My first introduction to their products came when my husband picked up something called Volcano Dust #1 at Tomato Tomato. It's a blend of ground peppers that you can put on almost anything. Crackers, fried potatoes and pasta are some of my favorite uses for it. We didn't find out until much later that there is a whole Volcanic Peppers store with a pretty big variety of products. They have a number of rubs, spices and hot sauces. They also sell fresh salsa. The mild taco sauce and spicy ketchup are my favorite products so far, besides the Volcano Dust #1 that is. They have chocolate covered pretzels that have something called reaper dust in them. It's the kind of heat that builds so eating more than two leaves my mouth burning. Good stuff!What really makes this place stand out is the customer service. The lady at the counter spent a lot of time with us explaining the products and letting us try samples. She was very patient and had a lot of knowledge about the product. There's nothing like great customer service to make a business stand out and this one does. I can't wait to go back and try some new options the next time we are in Bellevue. They also have a stand at some of the Farmer's Markets including Aksarban. I can't say enough good things about this place!

In an unassuming building along Fort Crook Road in Bellevue sets some of the worlds best sauces and spices. Tim, owner Extraordinaire, has built a global empire producing the most incredible sauces and spices that will ever cross your lips. If you love hot and spicy, look no further, if you are like me and enjoy a little tamer flavor, Tim has you covered. I cannot stress how much you will love everything Tim offers, well worth the trip to his place to take your food to new levels.

A great selection of dry rubs, dry spice and hot sauces - pretty much all made I house. The owners also grow many of their peppers for the rubs and liquidsIn fact the day we went in they were in he back with their gloves and face masks on mixing up a batch of hot dry rubs. Great place to check out if you like to try hot and spicy. There are also free samples so you can try them all out

Delicious sauces...they've got a red reaper ranch that is crazy crazy good..the "dust" spices they have is out of this world...I'm apart of a hot sauce group on fb and this company is very popular with many chili heads...they love their customers and will always take good care of you here...I highly recommend! I live in CA and get sauces mailed off their website! Great sauces!

These guys make some mean spicy ketchup. It's amazing! But they also make lots of dry rubs, seasonings, spicy condiments, and of course hot sauce. Great little shop - really helpful, informative and genuine guys. Thanks for helping feed my spicy needs!

Amazing experience tasting a huge variety of delicious sauces! Jason knows these sauces inside and out. He helped me find multiple awesome hot sauces and I will be back to try and buy more when my mouth finally cools off :p

Accidental find. But, what a fun surprise. Worth your time and money if you want to take home some hot stuff. I bought the Volcano Dust Gift Pack #1 (recommended by store person.) In it: Scotch Bonnet, Volcano Dust 1, Hot Garlic 'n Onion. I also purchased Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper.) I also bought Volcano Dust (Ghost x Scorpion). Looking forward to some hot home cooking.

THE REAL DEAL! I was turned on to Volcanic Peppers through Tedbarrus YouTube channel. They have a GIANT section of seasonings, sauces, and gifts to choose from. I have ordered a few times..and each order seems like it gets bigger ! Tim and his team are WONDERFUL, when an order is placed they get right on it and get you your products fast! I have had quite a few things from Volcanic peppers... I have NEVER been disappointed. AMAZING taste on all products, INCREDIBLE heat (on most products).
