Vision Care Clinic, PC

I really wanted to find a local small town feel vision center to have an eye exam and order some contacts. Well I got that here :) They are so nice and professional here. I like the feel of a small town provider rather than a large chain that makes you feel like cattle. This place makes you feel welcome and that you are their only patient. The wait time is not long at all and I got in right away. They also are great with answering any questions you have. My contacts took a week and half to come in and before I ordered them they took the time to explain why it takes longer for my Rx to come in. Highly recommend.

BEWARE!!I ordered a year supply of contacts, paid in full, almost $400, on 3/30, expected delivery was 2-3 weeks. First red flag: I was not provided with any sort or receipt or tracking information for my order. Contacted the business a whole month later, 4/27, to be told the order was never placed. They got the order placed, promised a rebate for the inconvenience (never got that), and told me they would rush it and it would arrive in a week. Still no receipt or tracking information. As of today, 5/7, I still have not received my contacts. I find it INCREDIBLY suspicious that any business is able to charge a customer almost $400 without it instantly going towards the order. I am in contact with the Better Business Bureau, despite this business not being accredited by the organization. I can only imagine how many other patients have been taken advantage of under similar circumstances.
