GREAT store. I walked in and was greeted with a free beer. Whaaaat? It obviously enhanced the shopping experience. The gal was incredibly helpful and answered all of questions that I had. Been here like 6 times. Will always go back, even though I don't always buy stuff. So easy to look!

Very disappointed to see a copy of the "Birth of a Nation" soundtrack. The movie itself was a KKK propaganda film to motive more racism and further exclusion of African Americans. When it was brought to the management, we were called a "woke ass piece of shit". This contradicts the progressive environment they seem to be trying for. Thought it was a mistake, but evidently a bit intentional

Stumbled upon this shop on a road trip stay overnight... great customer service!!! We were offered a beer while browsing and struck up great conversation with Tammy re bands, music, and books. Walked out with a lot of new records and great experience!!!

Super friendly employee greeted me, offered me a free drink while I browse and checked in with us. I was tagging along with a music geek, but I didn't feel like it was a pretentious place at all! My only concern: they had some actual cassette tapes. Are cassettes coming back in? If so, omg, why did I get rid of my Walkman? Anyway, definitely recommend if you're into records!

I've been to VCUP a few times since they opened and have had good experiences.They sell high quality, vintage vinyl, as well as some new stuff. I like how they set out their new arrivals, where they keep shifting them down the line as they put them out. That little touch is nice.Overall, a good record store that has some vintage vinyl that you don't see often.

A cute place to stop into if you like to collect vinyl records. It's a small store, but they have a nice, organized collection with everything labeled. Although I didn't buy anything, I enjoyed looking through what they had to offer. Plenty of classics, as well as some that I have never seen in stores before. And of course, plenty of vintage options as well as modern!

This place is awesome. Clean, organized and a fun selection of old and new. There is a really cute puppers who runs around, too. I visited before the "grand opening" and was offered a beer to drink while I shopped. It included a free coozie! Score! The owner/employee was super friendly and cool. Will definitely be back to shop again once officially set up!

The worst record store in the region, hands down. High prices for run-of-the-mill LPs you could find anywhere. Don't waste your time here - head for the two good shops that are literally one block away, Homer's and Grapefruit.

Do not shop here unless you want your money stolen. I ordered RSD releases on their website which let me process & pay for two vinyls. My card was charged for two vinyls & I received three confirmation emails: one when my order was placed, the second giving a status update on all RSD orders, and the third being a confirmation email when both of my vinyls shipped. You can imagine my surprise when I opened my package only to find one vinyl even though I was charged for two. I had to call a few times to finally reach someone on the phone who told me that I was only allowed one per order and that I was already refunded (which I WASN'T). If I was only allowed to order one vinyl, why did your website allow me to purchase two? There were NO warnings on the webpage like other websites that had a warning on the page saying one per order & also didn't allow you to add more than one to a cart. Also, where was the communication from the store itself that I would only be receiving one in the mail and that a refund was coming? My first time learning about this should NOT have been the day I was expecting two vinyls, which were presents for teenage girls who were very excited. I placed my order on April 23.I received my order on May 8th. On the phone, the guy I spoke to let me know to email them if I hadn't received my refund. I emailed May 8th letting them know that I did not receive a refund and asked for the status of my refund. No response. I emailed again on May 12 since I did not hear back and let them know I would be contacting my bank if I did not hear back about the status of my order. It is now May 16 and I have not received any responses regarding my refund. It has been 23 days that I have not received a refund. If a refund was processed, I would have received it already. This store is fraudulent and they do not care about their customers. Do not shop here. I now have to deal with this through my bank because this store steals money from their customers.
