I was disappointed by this meal based on the good things I've heard of this place! Maybe I came on an off day or chose an off item.The 'light parmigiana crust' is what I didn't enjoy--made it seem like a frozen then deep fried meal, not the fresh flavors I was hoping for.The house salad (not pictured) was absolutely amazing! As were the veggies. The angel hair pasta under the chicken was fine, although there wasn't any sauce on these so pretty bland. If I come again I will order something without a crust and will likely have a much better experience. In my opinion the other dishes at my table looked much better!

We stopped in at about 8:20 PM on a Saturday night. Nobody came to our table after waiting for almost 10 minutes so we decided to leave. It did look like their staff was pretty preoccupied with trying to get things closed up for the night, which is somewhat understandable, but still a little frustrating as they should be Attending to guess as long as they are open for service.

Went with a party of three adults and two children on a Tuesday evening. No reservation but they were quick to accommodate us anyway. The food was fantastic but honestly the service was impeccable. There were a few things that the employees did that were just beyond the norm and absolutely made our visit incredible. While the kids were waiting on the front bench for their father, one server actually said she didn't have any tables and could keep an eye on them while we enjoyed some wine. Like how sweet is that?! Additionally our server was extremely good at communicating and noticing cues. We did not have to ask for more bread, refills, etc. she was on top of it. The food was exceptional, we ordered the shrimp imbottito, steak Gorgonzola and penne Marsala. The shrimp entree was 8/10 overall. The shrimp were plump and had great flavors. The veggies were slightly undercooked and the angel hair pasta didn't have any sauce which was a surprise. Steak was cooked to perfection and the star of the show, so good. The Penne had great feedback, and I was told the beef on it was really tasty.

Service was OK other than the waitress got our food mixed up reserved a party room for a family get together felt very cold and not what I would expect from an Italian restaurant. The food was subpar at best. My salmon was OK. It wasn't the greatest the vegetables I had were ice cold, and there were a few other complaints about the food just not being as described on the menu. The steak was a whiskey peppercorn steak no flavor didn't taste like whiskey peppercorn looked more like pot roast than it did a steak swimming in plain brown gravy. The ambience of the place could've been a little bit more Italian a little more inviting

Had a great meal, with great service. Things changed when I received an unexpected 3% fee for using a credit card with no advance notice. Everyone uses credit cards, so it's just another opportunity to screw the consumer. Won't be back. It's not the cost, it's the principle. GFY.

This is not a review of the entire Vincenzo's experience, just of one dish: the Antipasto Platter. I love it. It's like a charcuterie board at a fancy restaurant, not quite as exotic but two times bigger and a little more than half the price.I treat it as a to-go main dish and am always happy with it.

The Salmon Soto was really delicious. I got perhaps the largest portion of salmon I've ever been served in a restaurant. It was cooked perfectly. The accompanying vegetables were also cooked just right. I highly recommend this dish. The service was friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Food was good, but not irreplaceable in Omaha, NE. What WASNT GOOD was the Cash price versus Credit Card price ( added 3%) . Why is this passed on to the consumer? This should be included in the cost of doing business. When we paid in Cash, no change was returned. What????.........we deducted it from our tip. In addition, there is a fee for bringing in your own Cake, like for a Birthday. They charge for it. Even have a sign on their door. They charge up to a max of $18.00!!! Telling everyone I know to stay away. I know other restaurants that have done this pricing thing and they are no longer in business.
