Low-balled an almost new trade-in to an extreme. Didn't get 3.99 financing on a Rav4. Should not have sent my 70 yr old husband alone, but I was sick. Seniors, have at least one savvy person accompanying who knows the score.I dislike the Rav4 with the new tech and stop/start function. It's an old lady car, lolol. Will trade next year elsewhere.

I do not recommend this place in the slightest. I had an appointment for 4:30 was not met until 4:40pm. Was made to sit and wait for them to get done bullshitting before they decided to come and tell me they could not take my trade in. I sat there for about an hour and a half waiting for that shit news. I understand why the ratings here are so low.

Carlos as a sales man was amazing but dealing with the finance people was a nightmare. We had ALL of our financing set and ready to go without need from them and they kept pushing and pushing and pushing for us to finance through them. Not interested in being hassled by unwanted rudeness.. Thank you goes to Carlos..

Drew my sales rep was very helpful and was able to find something in my budget and mile range. I only negotiated down 500 but I thought it was a fair price for the mileage and age of my car. Overall, very long waiting game and time but Drew was awesome and continued to offer me and my mom refreshments and snacks.

Terrible Service - Avoid at All Costs!I had the absolute worst experience with the service department at this Village Pointe Toyota dealership. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. The staff was completely unhelpful, lies, acting like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. For recall fix, I'm still waiting for a call for more than 4 months and service dept continue to lie about backorder when I know my friends and colleagues have got their recall fix. This place is a joke when it comes to customer service. If you value honesty, professionalism, and quality work, take your car somewhere else. I wouldn't trust them with a bicycle, let alone a car.

Stay away from this dealership, so dishonest people, they added extra "dealer added accessories", and when you will not catch this, you will pay extra for your vehicle. They promised to make refund of $690 for accessories that I didn't ask them for, and instead sending me back $690, they sent me $609, and now they are refusing to send me the remaining $81 by making any excuses.

Went in to buy a car and was held up for hours with flimsy/unprofessional excuses. When I got the first payment notice, the amount was significantly more than I was expecting. I talked to a rep who thought I was confused about how loans worked. They said I should look at the contract in my documents - there wasn't one online and I didn't have one in my papers from the dealership (which were still in my glovebox). All I had was a purchase agreement, which had the amount I was expecting. So I requested copies of a contract I wasn't aware of and didn't have copies of. That took days to get. This contract was e-signed and had a multi-thousand dollar 3rd party warranty added on. I know warranties like that are a scam and wouldn't have paid so much as $20 for one. While I was in the dealership they asked about warranties and other add ons and I said no, never, not happening, take every single one of these off, I don't want anything like that, and they said "okay." Then they added it on later anyway - I didn't get to see the warranty or the new total since I was never given a copy of my contract. I'm sure they would claim it was an oversight but let's be real. I'm stuck jumping through hoops getting a useless, extraordinarily expensive warranty taken off. The financing place said they filed a complaint against the dealership... but they're both branches on the same tree, so who knows. The warranty place is sending requests and checks through the mail, which could take weeks. I'm supposed to call back and ask how it's going and ask for a check number once they send it. We all know all of this could be handled instantly, maybe one day if we're waiting for someone to look it over. But we're going to pretend it's 1975? Okay. What a headache. I'm sure it's no coincidence that there's a 30 day window to undo the warranty, and it's taken nearly 30 days to get the first payment notice and get a copy of the contract with the warranty added onto it. There's a lot of places in Omaha to buy a car.

Extremely Disappointing & NO AccountabilityI took my car to Village Pointe Toyota for a one-day repair, which turned into a three-week ordeal after a mechanic tore a seal. While in their care, my car was left unlocked and broken into, resulting in a destroyed lockbox and theft of about $700 in tools and personal items. When I picked up the car, it was a mess with metal shavings and items scattered everywhere. The service manager, Barry, initially promised to "take care of it" but later claimed it wasn't their responsibility, only offering a replacement lockbox. Overall, a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience.

My 20 year old son bought a used car here from these guys. He was proud did it all on his own. I was a little disappointed that he was only able to get $500 off the retail price of the car. Next day, car wouldn't start. they put a battery in it. Son noticed a noise he didn't hear on the initial test drive and took it back to them. The diagnosis, it needed new cv axles. They decline to fix the car and have already sold his old car so now he has a car payment, full coverage insurance, cost of plates, and still has a broken car that needs fixed. I will never buy a car hereafter this experience. Hope other can learn from our mistakes!
