From calling to schedule, front desk check-in, consultation and actual procedure went perfect. All the ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful. I can't remember the name of my nurse but she was awesome. She made the procedure super comfortable and enjoyed her company during.

The first time I went here, it was a good experience. I went again in October and got very poor results. The person who helped me was not at all honest about what the outcome could be. If I had known it might not work, I never would have continued with the procedure.Yesterday I looked at my receipt. They charged me 10% as I used my credit card! I am livid! They never said a word about it or I would have written a check. This place is dishonest to say the least. There are better, less expensive places in Omaha. I heard Kohlls is very good.

I have only had laser hair removal but I have had such a good experience with the Medspa. I was going to another well known doctor's office in town but I was having such bad visits with the rude nurses that performed the procedure so I did a lot of research on where else I should go. One of my coworkers frequently came here and was very pleased so that was the cherry on top on why I decided to give Dreams a try.The biggest reason why I love this place so much is because I feel that the nurses really care about you and want you to have the best experience. They also seem like they love their job and are happy to do it. Laser hair removal HURTS so they are always making sure that I am as comfortable as I can be. They will give you breaks if you need, they really want you to have the best experience that you can.I feel like their prices are a lot better than other places in town. I didn't need to buy a package because I didn't need that many treatments so the nurses worked with me to find the best deal that worked for me. Scheduling is easy too. It may take a while to get in during their busier times, but the receptionist tries to work with you as best as she can.

I am literally obsessed with Dreams Medspa. I've been going to Kayti Bowling for Microneedling on my face for my acne scarring. She made the entire procedure pleasant and comfortable. She explained everything she was doing the entire time. It was quick and painless. I'm so excited to see my results as I go once a month! Today I went in for Botox. I asked for Kayti but she wasn't available so I saw Nicole. I loved her too! She was so friendly and personable and very thorough in making sure I would get the results that I want. They charge $10/unit which I feel is very reasonable. I already can't wait to come back to Dreams. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone!

So far, so good. The consultation was quick. If you need someone with a more sensitive bedside manner, Dr Johnson is not the person you need to see. However, I chose to do my consultation with him because of his experience. I need to have some serious surgery done and I want someone who will ensure that I heal outwardly, as well as inwardly, and make sure to not screw up my appearance.

Dr Miller is amazing. He did my reconstruction after my double musectamy. He is not mr personality so dont expect to be entertained by him.But if you want knowledge, talent and an eye for taking a mess and making it beautiful than he is your guy. I wouldn't go anywhere else and if i knew someone that needed plastic surgery I would highly recommend him!

let me just tell you right off the bat...I am now deformed and disfigured because of Dr Perry Johnson. I went in for revisions and I now have public hair up to my belly button. He even admitted that it was bad and way too high. I also had liposuction and am now completely lopsided! He tried to fix my left breast and now it looks like a freaking avacado! So disappointed, so sad and completely traumatized. beware!!!

The facility is nice and looks legit so I wanted to like the services I received at Dreams. I like their spring and fall sales (because you can get 25% off some of their medical grade skincare) but that's where my praise ends. I've been meaning to warn people about Dreams for years but never got around to it until now. In late 2014/early 2015 I went to Dreams for two procedures: SkinPen and laser hair removal on my legs and arms. Now, 5 years later, I still have scars and major regret from both. During my SkinPen procedure the nurse and I decided it'd be a great idea to really focus on (AKA: go over and over with the SkinPen) the line between my eyebrows and the large pores in my cheeks. Bad idea. I didn't know this because I'm not trained in SkinPen, but the RN should have been better trained and steered clear of this strategy. SkinPen is micro-needling that is supposed to puncture the top layer of your skin and create a collagen cascade in that area, which allegedly improves the appearance of fine lines and skin texture over time. So we went to town micro-needling the heck out of those areas on my face. I think the RN thought she was doing me a favor. To my utter dismay, I developed hyperpigmentation in those areas a few weeks after the procedure when I spent some time on the beach (and yes, I wore/reapplied sunscreen). I returned to Dreams and I could tell the Nurse Practioner and RNs were horrified. The NP said that damaged skin was more prone to hyperpigmentation in the sun. She gave me different skin bleaching creams (Melamin, Melamix, Tretinoin) hoping this would bleach my skin back to normal, and a skin peel. This barely put a dent in the damage already done. Since this time, I've gone to 2 dermatologists for help and have spent hundreds of dollars on skin bleaching creams and peels. I'm currently using Tri-luma (with minimal results). Every day I wake up and have to put concealer on my hyperpigmented areas, and every day I regret my decision to get the SkinPen done at Dreams. My laser hair removal was sadly no better. I did the laser hair removal around the same time I did my SkinPen, (because if I had done the SkinPen first and known how it'd turn out, I never would have went there for laser hair removal). My first two visits went without incident. My third visit, the RN (who I hadn't seen before and said she worked casual there), said she wanted to make some adjustments to the laser settings. She ended up burning me all over my arms and legs. I thought it felt different but didn't realize the extent of the damage until a few hours later at home. My arms and legs had bright red, itchy welts all over them. I returned for evaluation and the Nurse Practioner gave me a steroid cream & advised I take Ibuprofen as needed for pain. She said I got burned that time because my skin must have "too much melanin in it" and that's why the damage occurred. They refunded me for my remaining laser treatments. Unfortunately, they kept the money for the 3 treatments I had which didn't work since I didn't complete the full course of treatments, (so that money was down the drain). The dermatologists I've visited since then said that diagnosis of "too much melanin" doesn't even make sense and the damage occurred because the laser was used incorrectly. To this day, I still have small, white dots/scars on my shins & a few white dots on my arms where these burns occurred.Moral of the story: Not every provider is well-trained. Do not waste money on med spa procedures that may cause permanent damage to your skin.

Very knowledgeable and friendly group of medspa nurses. I would highly recommend anyone to go there- free consults on all services is a bonus too!
